The room was in an immaculate condition and the parking was hassle free. The bed was comfortable but only one pillow was provided. The hotel is very strategic to all the amenities around.

The WiFi has to be upgraded. Seems to be buffering most of the time. Probably, it was due to high occupancy rate.

The bathroom is clean and water pressure from the shower area is strong. The mesh drainer is also clean and no plumbing clogging. No carpet in the hotel room so it's suitable for me who is allergic to dust.

The bed sheet linen has got abit yellowish mark but doest not have unwanted smell.

love everything about the hotel..the area is quite secluded from the main road, however near to every possible places of attraction..i pay normal price for standard room, but upgraded to 3 occupants room..ladies at the counter were friendly..nothing to complain..i appreciate the quality of the bed, comfy and sturdy..the pillow quite soft tho, i guess it depends on preferences.

the hotel doesnt hv elevator..quite challenging for those with different ability or senior people..internet connection quite slow, i believe because of the raining.

Family room very big.. spacious ,fit for my big family. Front desk staff very helpful.. Nice deco..conducive place

As come with family and have a little child,Its good to have iron and board inside the room instead need to iron cloth at outside of the room..

The room is so spacious and clean. Suitable for family trip. Easy to park, location is convenient, near to eateries and petrol station. Good service from staff.

- Limited toiletries. Only shower gel provided. - Need to use stair, difficult for old people & big luggage. - Please change the dishwashing sponge. It looks terribly worn out.

I love the interior design of this apartment. Very cozy n beautiful place. The front staff is so friendly and really helpful. Rooms are great, very clean, and there are Family Mart, Tealive n Mcdonald nearby.

I hope the management will prepare more items for the kitchen.

The hotel+apartment is a good idea for mixed colleagues with different race/gender. Its just a like a comfy home youre looking fwd after long working day outside.

All was ok. maybe need to have proper soap/brush and clean towel at kitchen area.

This hotel is exceptionally good. Can't ask for more. Everything was in immaculate condition and the location is on spot with ample parking space. Will surely broadcast to my colleagues and repeat my stay.

The kitchen should provide a kitchen towel (no need big but at least a small towel will help), I have asked from counter and mentioned not provided. So, we ended up have to keep using your hotel’s Toilet Paper to clean the and dry the dinning table / kitchen top..let’s think of Go Green, save the toilet papers with a small reusable kitchen towel/table cloth. Thanks
