- location was fine, 8 minutes walk to Porte d’Italie Metro Station (pink line 7) - good value for money for Paris - internet was hit and miss, got to watch some of my NRL with no problem but other times it was a bit iffy - the guy who checked us in was good, helpful and knowledgable (others less so) - separate toilet and shower which is always good when in a small room - the bunk bed was well placed above the double bed, not taking up any more space

- the Wi-Fi (see above) - not the easiest to find the first visit

Exceptional value - one of the best deals for accommodations in Paris. Our room was spacious and clean and the shower was excellent. The location is also good, just steps from the metro and shops. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Ibis budget hotels accommodate a lot of students and they spoke, slammed doors, and made quite a lot of noise in the hallway after midnight. I haven't lived in a university dormitory in decades and this reminded me unpleasantly of that experience. I'd be grateful if hotel staff could remind guests to try to be quiet in the evening.

The bunk bed arrangement was perfect for us as a family of three (couple and infant), and the room maintenance was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable. I also appreciated the convenience of having vending machines on the ground floor offering personal items like a UK to Europe adapter, toothbrushes, and more. The availability of chocolates, drinks, snacks, and a coffee machine was a nice touch that added to the overall experience.

I came here with my family, including an infant, and was surprised to find that there wasn’t even a basic kettle for hot water. We struggled a lot as I assumed this was a standard provision in every hotel. All the time, I had to go to the reception and request hot water, which became inconvenient. I’m not expecting anything extravagant and understand budget considerations, but I don’t believe providing a kettle would make a significant cost difference. This was our experience during the two days we stayed.

Very clean room, all essential stuff is there, very good towels. Good warming system without excessive noise.

There is hospital very close. Something like ambulance sirènes woke me up at night. Better sound isolation of windows would be welcome. Doors clattered heavily, disturbing my sleep, probably because of the locking system. In the morning the noise was especially loud. It seemed like it was coming from clothes hangers. Cleaning starts early morning. Probably the cleaning lady did not pay attention to keeping quite neither. Pillows could be better.

Very easy access to point of interests with metro. Rooms and public areas are very clean. We stayed as 2 parents and our 6 yrs old boy, the room size is a little bit small but its enough as you are here for spending time outside. Breakfast is fresh and neat, maybe there could be some more items, but delicious. All the staff is really kind and helpful, especially thanks to Nicole and Marcos ( front desk ) for their guidance about the city and making our stay comfortable. Long story short, if we visit Paris again, we will definitely consider staying here.

Room 411 was relatively clean except for the accumulated dust under the bed,, in general it was clean and tidy,, with clean sheets and towels,, the TV played fine and had hot water all the time. The room was warm despite the low outside temperature. The wifi was fast and reliable. It had elevators to change floors in the hotel. Our towels were changed every 2 days. There was no noise from the street in the room. Quick check in. The window op ens slightly for safety reasons. The bed mattress was satisfactory for my tastes.

It has an external sink with a mirror very close to the double bed,, the toilet was a separate room from the bathroom and this is a problem if you want to go out and go from one room to another. The toilet bowl clogs very easily so we call the reception for a plumber. The nearest metro station is quite far but you already know that.

The standout feature was definitely the staff, who were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home

While my stay was generally pleasant, the location felt a bit more isolated than expected. Even though the hotel isn't far from key attractions, it still required at least a 10-minute walk to reach anything, which felt longer than anticipated. It would have been more convenient if things were a bit closer

The room was perfect for what we needed. Clean and comfortable. We needed a new toothbrush and to our surprise, we found it at the reception! Breakfast was simple, but really good for a good price (8€ on September 24). The hotel was 15 minutes away from 2 metro stations, which was really good.

The ceiling of the toilet was opened which left it really cold. I tried to fix it and it was better. I missed more USB plugs for the phone charger. For a room to 3 people there are only 2 USB plugs.

Great place for it's value. The room is small but beds were comfortable. We stayed in a 3 people room. There is a separate toilet, but bathroom has a door but separated from the room by curtain. Breakfast was fine. Not too many choices but you won't leave hungry. Around 10 min walking to the metro that goes directly to Louvre.

One of the hotel stuff made things look too complicated. No parking after check out, seemed annoyed all the time but the other guy was really helpful, nice and efficient.

Rooms so small, but have everything we need. Some genius was planning the space. Amazing!

Staff is polite, but made big mistake: I wanted to arrange taxi for early depature on Monday. Two days in advance I asked a lady to arrange. The next day I wanted just to confirm, but they did not have it in their notes. So the guy said it taxi will be there (not writting anything in his notes). The next morning we came down 5 a.m. but the third guy at the reception was surprised and said he did not have anything in the notes. There was no taxi at that time at all, so he had to call private driver to take us. So unreliable! And stressful.
