Sara, Mo, and Por were extremely accommodating and professional. They were honest and helpful and I would recommend staying here if you’ve got the money and you’re looking for a slightly less busy place of Phuket. Lovely hotel and lovely staff!

Location is okay, 15 min by walk from Bangla Road, 20 min from Patong Beach. It is good for pick-up from hotel activities because at that road is not that much traffic jam as in the center. Staff were very kind and polite. Plus for the swimming pool on the roof. I would recommend this hotel.

They gave us one little soap and didn't refill until it was totally used. The floor towel wasn't changed (two times) when we asked to clean the room. Once we went to the swimming pool around 6 pm and they didn't have towels.

The TV channels in the room is just plain bad, it doesn't cater for European or English-speaking tourists, all the TV channels are in either Thai, Arab or Indian language, it's very irritating when it's raining, and you are now stuck in your room and there is absolutely nothing to watch on TV because there are no English channels to watch.

The facilities and the staff were great

Everything was great. We dont have any complaint in general. Only something to mention, breakfast was good but could have had more variety

Very clean!! Cleanest hotel I have ever been to. Nice pool, nice rooms, comfortable beds and toilettes.

Breakfast is good, a little expensive. Rest of the food is average. Be careful not to stain the sheets as they will charge you extra for dry cleaning.

What a wondeful stay at Rak Elegant All the facilities are brand new a d very luxurious, the roof top infinity edge pool has a view on the sea and an excellent bar. Fitness facilities include yoga classroom and all you need to be shaped. The location of the hotel is 10 min from main attraction, you can very easily take a taxi if you don't want to walk. The hotel is in safe for tsunami area. The restaurant propose top cooking dishes including Thai/Internationnal specialty. The biggest advantage of this hotel is by far their staff : i have rarely been so well welcomed ! Each time i needed something, they helped me with the smile. If you wish to stay in Patong in a comfortable world class hotel, this is definetly your best choice

The hotel was very modern and super comfortable. It felt like a premium hotel, and the rooftop pool was a lovely space to hangout in with great views of the water and of the sunset. The staff were always very smiley and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location was perfect for us. We didn't want to stay in the centre of all the nightlife in Patong, so this hotel was an easy walk to it all but without being right in the madness.

It was on quite a busy road so the rooms could be quite loud at night with cars and scooters going past.

the top roof swimming pool is AMAZING, really nice pool with a sunset view ! the staff are really helpful and kind. The cleaning is perfect. the room size is good. will back again in future !

the service road in front of hotel is noisy 24h/7 ! .. the motorbikes are really noisy and the sound is too much .. better to select a room that away from the road side
