I like the location and the cleanliness of the hotel.

It needs to be stated on there website about the breakfast voucher is only good for one, no matter if your stating the number of persons in the room. This was a bit surprising that I had to pay extra.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Leslie. The staff are tremendously helpful, from reception, door porter to pool assistant. The hotel is compact, clean and very accessible. The rooftop pool was great albeit limited beds in the sun but lots in shade. Beach towels and chairs much appreciated. Excellent stay overall

The hotel is in a good position a facing the beach but that brings with it the noise and crowds of the front at certain times of the day and night. We had a side room so were not too troubled by any noise. However, noise from other guests in the corridor and doors slamming can be an issue but there is not really hotel can do much about here as that comes down to respect for others.

Receptionist behaviour handling customers not good, as soon as I stepped into hotel she thought I came to use restroom and told me to use restroom outside hotel, infact I came from airport to the hotel to check in, which i didn’t feel comfortable with rude behaviour

The room was great. I didn't have any view, but being on Ocean Drive, being on the front would always be noisy, so no view was a balance to a little bit more quiet. So you can't have both a view and no noise, as the main street is very very busy, with bars and restaurants. The hotel was clean. The people were nice. The location was totally the best. You are right in front of the beach, right next to the restaurants and bars.

They have a lot bigger potential. The room design is not optimal. I would do some minor changes if I were them, to bring more comfort. Rooms was big, the bathroom was also big. Despite that, the sink was in the room :D. This was unusual for me. There is plenty of room in the bathroom to put 3 sinks. Someone in the past had the idea to put it in the room LOL. In the meanwhile the room didn't have a desk and chair to put a laptop and sit to do something. It would be more usable than e.g. one of the two huge nightstands.

Beautiful hotel in classic art deco style. The room was quite large (number 310) with partial sea view. It had a fridge and spacy wardrobe storage for your stuff. There´s also a safety box. The staff was helpful and nice. Hotel provide free beach chairs and beach umbrellas for the beach, but you have to carry it there and once you leave the beach, you have to take it with you. We were strictly recommended not to leave these things unattended. Fresh towels every day. The roof pool was opened from dusk till down, little bit small (we expected that) and also crowded during evenings.. The restaurant at the front of the hotel offers breakfast (if you have it prepaid) with variety choice of meals. The location is quite noisy, but it´s Ocean drive - a busy street full of vibrant entertainment. We would return anytime.

Breakfast starts at 8.00 am - it´s too late. It would be better if it was at least 7.00 am, especially when you plan some activities or when you have to be at the airport at 9.00 am. Not a perfect room service - if you don´t give the tip, your floor is not sweeped well, with the traces of the beach sand you bring inside.

Great location for the beach and restaurants and bars. Rooftop pool is lovely and practically empty most of the time. The restaurant at the bottom of the hotel is very good and hotel guests get a 20% discount

As many of the rooms do not have balconies there is no where to hang wet swimming stuff so it’s very difficult to dry items. I noticed that people were leaving their stuff by the pool to dry but I was told they get removed into lost property. House keeping also didn’t refill our shampoo/conditioner bottles even when requested and a large damp patch appeared on our ceiling (the hotel didn’t seem overly bothered by it).

Fantastic staff working at the hotel. We had issues with the air conditioning, and they offered us a room change without any hassle. Please note that the hotel is located on the very noisy Ocean Drive, where loud music plays every night due to ongoing parties. We enjoyed it very much. The breakfasts were great - four options to choose from on the menu. The cool rooftop pool provides a refreshing break from the afternoon heat. :)

An additional fee of $200 that is not mentioned on booking.com. This is a refundable charge if you don't damage the room. I understand that such a fee is collected, but booking.com should inform about it. By the way, we are still waiting for this money to be refunded to our account

Amazing location, right by the beach and the buzz of Ocean Drive. For families with young children: a playground right in front of the hotel was an incredible bonus. Large bathroom. Pool on the roof with great views and the water was hot even on cold days.

The gym is tiny and a bit run down. Not even an elliptical/stepper. Pool closes at 6pm which felt too early. The restaurant (a separate business but with vouchers for hotel guests) was overpriced (the one next door is cheaper for the same food) and service was always very slow, not because the waiter staff was slow but because there were only a couple of them on shift even when the place was packed.

The staff were excellent particularly Josuee, who was always helpful, friendly and polite. The building itself has some awesome history, and is ideally located for access to the beach. The food is excellent, even if a little expensive, but no different to other locations on the front.

With the hotel having no bar, the only option for ordering drinks on the premises was via the restaurant located at the front of the hotel. This was particularly time consuming when using the pool on the top (3rd?) floor, having to go down to the restaurant and back again. Good for the fitness though :-)

Personel was very friendly, breakfast included was superior quality in terms of South Beach standards (you can't compare mid price hotels to European standards). In my opinion rooms looks better in real than in booking photos. The heated pool was great to play with kiddo. South Beach is super expensive, so in my opinion Leslie is great in terms price vs quality over here. The rooms are super clean and cleaned daily.

Included breakfast have only 5 positions, so if you plan to stay more than 7days it will be monotonous. The walls are very thin, so if you hit a family that can't behave, or partygoers, it can be a problem.
