Everything! The hotel is recently renovated, all is new(but for the legacy elavators) we really enjoyed the quality of the services and also of the food and drinks

We stayed for 3 days and even though the first thing I did was go to the spa to book massages, there were no slots available. At the same time, there is no bathtub, only a rain shower, this it's difficult to wash yourself and basically impossible to bathe our 1 Yr old. We used the sink.

In general the property is lovely, the indoors decoration of the common spaces give you the sensation of a top hotel.

The room decoration, for a 5 start hotel I think it needs an upgrade. There is no bath in the rooms. In the hallways there is not signal to get to the reception, I lost myself several times.

comfortable stay. Chef Mahmoud at the pasta station was amazing. Yassine, our waiter always had our table ready and waiting for dinner. Rooms were spacious and clean. Entertainment was available every night. Management very accpmodating and does their best to accommodate and keep guests happy

Dinner could have had a bit more variety. Essentially the same menu each night. Perhaps incorporate themes so that it does not become boring after a 7 night stay. Check in process was extremely slow. We waited over an hour to get hour rooms even though check-information was emailed prior to arrival.

The hotel exceeded our expectations! The pools, beach, and restaurants were top-notch, offering a perfect blend of relaxation and quality. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and chill vacation. The animation team was great. The kids enjoyed the animations.

The spa experience was quite disappointing. The girl at spa reception was unwelcoming and claimed we didn’t have a reservation, despite booking two days in advance. Only after I mentioned filing a complaint did she admit to taking another guest in our spot and offered to rebook us later. This mismanagement completely disrupted our plans for the day, which was very frustrating..

We chose iberostar to celebrate our wedding . It was the right decision . The service there is amazing and so are the people. All the staff are very professional and friendly. Huge thanks to Mr firas who spoiled all of us . The entertainment team also made our last night fun and memorable. My friends visited Tunisia for the first time and they are already planning to come back. Iberostar will forever hold a special place in our heart ❤️ Thank you iberostar team and hope to see you again soon ❤️

NA everything was amazing

The resort is super good for the price, with very spacious and of good quality infrastructure and amenities. The beach is just superb! The pools are of good quality too. The food is delicious, always with local typical food available but also providing a mix of other cuisines at all times. The bar is of good quality and the local drinks are quite ok if you’re not in search of a specific drink brand. Overall: this is THE place to be while in Tunisia for holidays.

The distance from Tunis airport makes it hard to get to, but the hotel staff helped arranging the shuttle very easily. The beach loungers are supposedly not possible to “reserve” with towels, but nobody checks and thus there are tons of them impossible to use because of that (limiting the chances of getting your spot by the sea). The WiFi signal is very poor or nonexistent in some places, including the rooms.

Cannot say a bad thing-had the most beautiful stay from start to finish. The welcome is excellent & as an Iberostar member I got a lovely upgrade, thanks to Riadh at reception. The staff are all so kind & sweet, nothing was ever to much & they work so hard for you. No pressure at all but a tip really does go appreciated. Rooms are spacious & to a high standard. Definitely get pool or sea view as opposed to garden view. Animation team have great energy & very friendly plus have great daily classes-Mario’s stretch & Vito’s dance class are superb! The star camp girls GiGi & CiCi looked after my son so well I had absolute trust in them & enjoyed some time to myself! Facilities are fab for kids & the beach could be the Caribbean!

Absolutely nothing

Staff were excellent, especially the housekeeping manager for our area (her name was pronounced wee-em but I don’t know how it was spelt) she was very attentive, helpful and friendly. The meals were excellent and all the waiting staff very good. We have booked to come back in March.

The pool opened at 7am but the towel attendant wasn’t available until 9am. At times the pool was very busy with children who were jumping in and being disruptive, the life guard told them to stop but they ignored him and so he gave up, he didn’t tell them again. Some adult only sessions would be a good idea when it’s only the indoor pool open. The room was comfortable but very hot and with no way to cool it down.

Very good hotel near Monastir, big and good facilities, just on the beach. Situated right in front of the Monastir airport. Food buffet was good overall for breakfast and dinner. Beautiful view of the sea. Gym pretty good. Front desk staff is very nice. Good security compared to other hotels we went to in Tunisia.

The beach in general was not clean. Lots of plastic waste. It was too cold to swim but I would not swim there if the water was warm. Activities not very interesting for adults in general. Cleaning of the room was not done every day, despite asking. The location is around halfway between Monastir and Sousse (around 15 minutes by taxi to each). But there is nothing outside the hotel if you want to go out.

The hotel is clean with good facilities and activities. Staff is polite and friendly. It is close to Monastir Airport and it is easily reachable by train from Monastir downtown. I would definitely love to visit again.

Some service, such as the message and spa, end too early at 5pm. It ends at would be great if they can extend the service till later hours so that guests in case the have some full-day activities at Monastir. Some breakfast food is not hot enough.
