I am pretty sure you can't find a better accommodation in terms of location, facilities and hospitability!

The location is perfect. It's centrally located, in walking distance to everything the city has to offer, from the old town, to Spanish Quarters, to the port, to Chiaia and to the access point to Vomero. It's right next door to a metro station if you don't feel like walking. The room was sparkling clean when we got there and they kept cleaning it every day. The host Mario is a friendly and hard working guy. He communicated with us before we arrived and helped us during the stay. it's basically a tiny hotel where you get access to the common kitchen and dining room area and where they serve free Italian breakfast in the morning. Annamaria, the lady who serves breakfast is super sweet and makes amazing coffee. We really enjoyed chatting with both Mario and Annamaria. We highly recommend the place.

AMAZING! Firstly the staff…. Mario and Anna Marie were so welcoming and helpful. I actually felt emotional leaving when Anna Marie gave me a big hug. 2 very special people who made our stay so wonderful The property is a perfect location. Literally a 3 minute walk from the Universita metro station so we travelled from Florence by train so transfer quick and easy. You are around the corner from the centre of Centro Historico, about 20mins to port if you want to get a boat to somewhere…we visited beautiful peaceful Procida. And the guest house…..really spacious and clean. Decor is really lovely. Out of the 3 cities we stayed this was the largest room and bathroom. Simple and modern but classic.

It’s not we didn’t like it as we most certainly would stay again but the beds are very firm

Mario was an exceptional host. We arrived very late because we had a delay, but we still found Paola there to welcome us. We are very grateful. Anna Maria was also very friendly and she prepares breakfast. Location is very close to many attractions. Almost walking distance. Our return flight was scheduled way beyond the checkout time, but still Mario offered us a courtesy room and we stayed and kept our luggage there up to 17.00hrs. We will surely recommend Napoliamo Guest house and will return. Thank you Mario.

Nothing to complain, and exceptionally quiet inside.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful and we felt truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. Mario greeted us warmly and immediately provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try - each one was spot-on. I truly recommend staying here and if I return to Naples, I will definitely book them again. The apartment was very clean, with towels changed and the room cleaned daily. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the port and the city center which is just the right distance. The accommodation is in a busy part of the city, close to the metro and bus stops, but the sound insulation is excellent - we didn’t hear a thing in the apartment, even though we chose a street-facing room. Highly recommended!

This is a cozy haven in the middle of a busy city. I was traveling alone with my teen daughter and we felt safe and comfortable here. We had excellent communication with the man who runs the place from the start. He was very clear in giving us instructions, helped us ahead of time with transportation and expected taxi costs, and greeted us warmly. We were given excellent local information, a lovely breakfast, and a well appointed room. The bathroom/ shower was the nicest we experience in our 3 week trip in Italy. We loved the common spaces, which allowed us to lounge and eat some carry out in the evening. Our host also arranged a ride for us to the airport, which was incredibly helpful. If I come to Naples again, I would happily stay here, top notch customer service.

There was nothing bad about this place.

The staff here were super friendly it made the stay exceptional, true people with big hearts. The rooms were cleaned every day, after a long day it was nice to see and also feel the bliss of the Aircon. The balcony is small but cute to look out. Not far of a walk from popular areas and you can ask reception for ideas on where to go they'll draw on a map a great walk to follow to see nooks and crannies and all the great bits of the city.

If you have booked the room with someone you're probably comfortable enough for them not to peek on you in the bathroom haha but the sliding door didn't lock for us. The pillows on the bed were quite hard but we still got a good night's sleep in.

This is a wonderful place to stay, really convenient. The location is very convenient, located right next to the Metro and a short walk to the various centres of the city. It seems very safe too. We stayed in the twin room which was very large and had space to move around and store suitcases and clothes. The shower was large and had plenty of hot water and with a rain-fall ceiling shower and choice of a hand-held shower head. The bed was very comfortable, not too hard or too soft, we slept very well. There is air-conditioning which was very welcome even though not at full summer temperatures when we were there. The view was into the building middle and nothing amazing but quiet. There was the chance to eat a small breakfast of pastries and a coffee if you wish, just something to line your stomach before hitting the pizza restaurants. There was an honesty fridge for taking juices and listing what you did take if you need, with a lot of choice. The owners were delightful, so very friendly and could not have been more helpful. They sorted out a taxi from the airport for when we arrived very late and back again when leaving very early. They had suggestions for restaurants and helped with directions. We felt very welcome and like family. When we do visit Naples again we will stay here.

Adding some negatives here, we didn't feel there were any issues but maybe for some they will be, eg the lift is very small and could cause some claustrophobia or if you are afraid of heights it may cause you an issue, it is a long way down when peering between the gaps of the lift. We enjoyed it though. Breakfast is just a taster, a small pastry and a coffee, very tasty, its enough when the city is full of food but if you are expecting a huge breakfast you will be disappointed. Probably the biggest downside is that the noise from reception area carries and it can be quite noisy in the bedrooms, there wasn't a lot of noise but you can hear it when there is. There is a large step up into the bathroom, with dodgy knees I found it awkward, and it could be an issue for others.

Mario and Annamaria made our stay so warm and welcoming! Hospitality at the highest level! Felt more like staying at own family’s place rather than hotel. Room was nice, enough space, comfy bed, cleaned everyday, also very quiet, we didn’t hear nor other guests, nor streets - huge bonus in the very alive city! Very well located with great transport links, places to enjoy lunch or dinner nearby, you don’t need to worry about breakfast - Annamaria took care of it, many thanks! Mario was very super quick to respond to any questions we had - thanks! Overall amazing experience in Napoli and around, and staying here made it only better! Couldn’t recommend more and we will definitely back once again when next time in Napoli!

Mario and Anna-Maria are lovely hosts. Anna-Maria met with us on our first morning over breakfast and was extremely welcoming. The breakfast every morning was a simple but delicious selection of pastries and yoghurt. We stayed in a single room which was neatly turned out with a nice ensuite bathroom. The air conditioning was a must for booking in August and a welcome relief each evening returning back to the room! Upon check in we were given a map of Naples with recommended restaurants for pizza and sea food. When you check out, there is the option to leave your bags in the reception and be provided with a simple front door key so you can continue exploring the city if you aren’t leaving until later in the day.
