The decoration and aesthetic of the place is wonderful. The place really looked beautiful and well thought of. The room was very chic and spacious. The breakfast was delicious and the wait staff at breakfast were so nice!

The place was over priced for what we got. The price that we paid on booking did not match what we actually got charged and it was obvious that this is a common thing that either the hotel is in on it or its both booking and the hotel that do this. But you will be charged more than what is given to you on booking and they will do it without you authorizing this to begin with.

1) The location is very good, close to the tuktuk station and the market. You can take a tuktuk to go to KBC or Riah easily. 2) The room I stayed was quite big. 3) Staff is helpful, don't forget to ask to print your boarding card on the way back. 4) The room and the bed was clean.

1) Breakfast may have more options, it's kind of limited and you will feel same every day if you will stay longer. 2) You have to walk for the beach. Beach beds are comfortable. 3) Wifi is weak and has to be improved. 4) There is no place to hang your wetsuit or swimsuits after the beach. 5) Hand soap was very chemical, dried my hands, I had to buy another soap from the market.

Its location next to Marina was amazing and it was a walking distance from the beach. The breakfast was very nice and the facilities both in the room and the hotel as a whole were of an exceptional standard. What made this stay even more memorable was the amazing staff from those in housekeeping to those which were a part of the kitchen staff. In particular the receptionists Andrew and Gerghis were extremely friendly and approachable and helped me and my friends sort out activities for the stay which made the trip so much more fun.

- Staff was very nice except for Wissa. I told him they forgot to leave the complimentary water bottle in the room, so I had to use to 2 small bottles from the minibar. He’s answer was: ‘So you are telling me you do not wan’t to pay for these 2 bottles from the minibar?’. Found this answer very unprofessional, by common sense if they forgot to leave the complimentary water bottle of course the client should never have to pay for the 2 water bottles from the minibar.

Room fittings and location

Receptionist asked the security to call me back in to see the reception while I was already in my car rushing to catch a meeting after check-out, to ask me to pay 40 Egyptian Pounds that I consumed in the room. Note: this bottle was complimentary as I was told at check-in. I found this situation extremely cheap given that I paid almost 5000 Egyptian pounds for less than 12-hours of room use.

There was a breakfast menu and invitation to request 6 items from it at every breakfast, which was more than adequate. Friendly helpful staff throughout hotel (Reception, breakfast, cleaners, porters) Reception staff were exceptional, especially Makarios. Swimming pool and sunbeds never overcrowded. Beautifully designed e.g. inner garden courtyard outside my junior suite, and other Arabic influences. Clean.

First night I was allocated an unsuitable room. It was not a Premier room i.e. did not have garden or pool view, and was right on the pavement, very noisy. and, most strangely, no room to hang dresses - there was a shelf below hanging rail which only allowed short items to be hung. I was too tired to check details until following morning when I realised that I definitely should have been given a better room. However, when I politely complained, the reception staff were superb in trying to rectify and I ended up being moved to a junior suite. Thank you! Shower pressure in the junior suite was weak, but just about adequate.

Every thing was amazing .The hotel is unique terms of architecture &design, and the staff are wonderful and professional. The restaurant staff is very friendly. The location is excellent and close to everything you need and quiet. Thank you Ali Pasha team you made our trip wonderful..🌷

the suite was clean , decoration was minimalistic but very nice, just what you might need. staff was helpful and always smiling and polite it is a small size hotel, quite with a lovely entrance fountain and arabesque decoration, if you are looking to get away from a big resort then this is a good choice breakfast was not a buffet, you could order in your table directly which is much more enjoyable than queuing on a line for breakfast it is situated in the marina, we were in walking distance from many restaurants and nice walks

we were put in contact with an agency for day trips through the reception but they were so much more expensive than the other agencies (we paid double than everyone else in the activity) . however when we complained about it, the receptionist refunded part of the difference of price as a gesture and excused.

Location is perfect, near everything. Hotel interior is exceptional like fairytale. Super friendly staff, especially Wisa at the front desk and Semsem in the restaurant. Tandoor restaurant is super cool with many options and amazing view. Every tiny detail in the hotel is perfect.

Small pool, but it fits this kind of boutique hotels :)

The hotel is a mix of Egyptian/ Moroccan interior design. The pool is in the middle surrounded by trees and flowers. Can't describe how beautiful it is. Rooms are large enough to rest and enjoy a goodnight sleep. The staff are super friendly, always cheerful and helpful. The breakfast is one of the best Egyptian breakfast I had in my life. So many varieties fresh and tasty. Unlimited order of drinks and food. Location is central surrounded by restaurants, shops and night life. What do you need more ?
