Location is perfect and it’s quiet here. We stay often because it’s clean and cheap and we’d rather spend our money on eating and shows

The pillows are always thin like a piece of paper haha. It take 2-3 to make a real pillow under your head. They could invest in some nice ones at some point. We have even brought our own from time to time

We’ve stayed here multiple times. From One night trips to weekly trips. It has been great every time! Staff is amazing and always accommodating anything you could need! The pool is officially open now & the temperature was just right. It’s a smaller pool but has plenty of seats & tables for shade. The room was cleaned & there are also hand soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom. Beds were comfortable, and extra linens were easy to get from the front desk. AC worked well. To top it all off McDonald’s, Golden Corral , and several shops are just feet away! This hotel is located near everything you could want, but far enough away from the strip so that night traffic won’t keep you up! There’s also a place for laundry if needed. Overall a great place to stay for the nightly prices.

Unfortunately there’s no breakfast, but McDonald’s is like 40ft away so it was perfect for a quick breakfast/lunch/dinner.

I was so skeptical when booking due to the reviews I had read. I'm so glad I booked our rooms anyway. Our stay was wonderful! I can not say enough good things about this hotel. We had originally planned to only stay 2 night but decided at last minute to stay again. The staff made it so easy to make arrangements for us and they were super sweet and helpful the whole time we were there. The bathroom is a little small, but do not let that be the deciding factor on staying here. The beds are mattresses on a platform, that is what the sliding reviews are referring to. They were not hard to keep on that platform. The sheets fit fine and the beds are so comfortable! I don't understand all of the bad things people are leaving regarding the Guest Inn. Our room was clean, comfortable and my family loved it. There was a nice microwave and refrigerator in our room. There is no breakfast, but there is a McDonald's directly across the parking lot and a Golden Corral as well. The pool was just as nice as everything else. I honestly would stay here every time we visit. You can not beat the affordability of this place, the prices are great and so is everything else.

Nothing bad to say at all.

Location, price, clean and staff was nice and helpful. Sone of the hotel had been updated, and it looked nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable, and room was comfortable and roomy enough for our couple days in town. We will stay there again.

There was a strong smell coming from some rooms near the elevator on the floor we were on. It smelled like something strong was cooking. The bathroom needed updating. It had been cleaned, however, because of the things needing repaired it appeared to not be clean. Guests in the room above us were stomping and children were running until after midnight when we were trying to go to sleep. The good qualities definitely outweighed the negatives, and we'll stay there again.

Bed was very comfortable! And room was very clean. Close to Dolly Parton Stanpede.

The shower was a little finicky. Hot then cold hot then cold

The room was clean and the staff was really sweet!! They always greeted us as we came in! They even spoke to us as we would leave for the day! We even stopped to talk to them at the front desk from time to time during our week’s stay!

The only thing that I would say that I didn’t like is that the firm bed hurt our backs but everything else was great! Some people like firm beds so it would work great for those who do but for some reason, firm beds make our backs hurt but everything else made up for that!

This location is a get what you pay for scenario, so don’t think you are booking some fancy hotel for cheap! But for what you get and the location, the small things that aren’t great (like no breakfast), make it worth it! The rooms aren’t super modern and are quite small, which works for us as we don’t spend much time in them anyway! This is my second time staying and both times I have been happy with what I paid compared to what I got! I would recommend this if you are on a budget and this just being a place to lay your head!

It was a great location- walking distance to shops and good restaurants and not in the busiest portion of the Parkway. Very close to Gatlinburg and Dollywood. It was quiet. The pool was clean. Rooms/beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. We booked 4 rooms and requested they be close together and they were all 4 right next to each other/across the hall from each other. The hotel description was accurate. Rooms were clean and no bed bugs/signs of bed bugs(I always check at any hotel). This hotel took proper precautions against bedbugs as well with zippered mattress protectors, etc. They had a sufficient number of carts to assist with transporting luggage to the room which was helpful.

Some guests smoked inches away from the pool area. My mom had a lung removed due to cancer and has a hard time with cigarette smoke so while smoking is not permitted indoors perhaps posting a designated smoking area away from the pool would be nice. There was no ice machine on our floor, the second floor, but that really wasn’t that inconvenient. Bathrooms in the double rooms were a bit smaller than I would prefer as a large woman but it was manageable. None of these things would keep me from returning.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and exceptionally convenient, especially for the price! Staff was so kind and accommodating, the lady at the front desk was so sweet! An added bonus is the fact that the hotel is slightly behind the Parkway rather than directly on it, so no road noise but still close to all the attractions. We loved our stay and can’t wait to stay here again!

I do agree with some of the reviews stating that the pillows are a little lackluster, if someone were to need a little more neck support at night they might not enjoy these. I personally didn’t have any issues, I just stacked two pillows together and slept like a dream.

I always stay here when I come to pigeon forge! The staff is the best and the location is wonderful. It is always the best value!

The only two complaints at all that I have, are the beds and size of bathroom. The beds are extremely uncomfortable in this particular room has a very small bathroom and no counter space. The toilet is nearly right beside the wall. I've stayed here many times before in different rooms with a different layout in the bathroom that are much better
