Superb location, overlooking the Piazza del Comunale with the Duomo and Baptistery. We were lucky enough to be given one of the rooms with a balcony from which these could be seen. Modern decor, spotlessly clean, room more than adequate. We had a good sleep and a good breakfast (table service rather than a breakfast bar). We could also have eaten there in the evening but had some other recommendations for eating which we wanted to try. The staff were helpful and polite. Cremona is a beautiful city, well worth exploring for its architecture, churches and museums. The pinacoteca especially is superb, full of wonderful things including a Caravaggio. The ensemble of Cathedral, Baptistery and Torrazzo is stunning.

This is a very nice hotel. It is centrally located between the main square and the violin museum (a must see). The room was small but very clean and well equipped, with an especially good shower. We booked Room 18 because of its balcony and view, and the extra few dollars were definitely worth it. Breakfast came with made-to-order omelettes and excellent espresso.

Italy has become very expensive recently so don't be surprised by these hotel rates.

Location was amazing, right on the main piazza. and restaurant below was great also! Rooms were lovely and modern. Breakfast included. I brought our little dog and they charged €10 this was not on the booking information… Just in case you’re bringing a dog. (Under 10kg) Parking about 150 metres away and cost €19 for 24 hours. It’s a pedestrian old town. At night it was very noisy till very late with the restaurant below. We were there on a Saturday night.

Noise

Courteous and helpful staff. Quiet and spotlessly clean room. Bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. Perfect central location. Very good value for money.

Room rather small with limited space for placing items. Lighting insufficient for comfortable working at laptop screen. No bidet in bathroom but a spray shower head by WC.

Great location - very central and close to everywhere we wanted to go. Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely monsoon shower. Clean. Staff very welcoming. Great breakfast served at the table. (Delicious omelettes!)

Nothing - all good. Room a little dark but there is nothing you can do about that in a tall town house on a narrow street!

Excellent location next to Duomo of Cremona. My room had a small balcony, and the view I had was as in the pictures. Clean and convenient room with the necessary amenities. Tasty food and very friendly staff

The only complaint I have is the noise from the bar next door. What is the reason for playing such loud music at night?

Quiet area, nice historic building. Friendly staff greeted us and were helpful. Stay included breakfast at a nearby cafe, and a visit to a beautiful church next to the lodging.

Unable to open shutters due to rainy and windy weather, so no views and it was dark inside. The bunk bed was in the same room as kitchen and dining table.

- polite staff - excellent location (the best possible in Cremona) - quite modern room, comfortable bed, good linens - excellent breakfast (but not buffet)

- very small room (we asked to change our initial room, facing to the street, because of the noise, with one facing the inner courtyard; the one facing the front seemed a bit bigger) - bathroom separated from the room with glass: the worst possible "invention", also found in other hotels; a piece of crap - the elevator was not working

Welcoming staff. Perfect location next to the old central square. Modern interior. Lively restaurant with tables on the street. You feel as if you in the centre of things.

The room was small, but the price was good! No car parking, but it's a 5 minute walk from the central underground carpark. The hotel is in a pedestrian street with cafes, some people may prefer a quieter location.

The location could not be improved. So close to the Duomo. A very spacious and elegant dining area where we ate a delicious lunch with excellent and reasonably priced wine on our arrival. A fascinatingly designed ensuite bathroom through which you had to pass to access the balcony. Surprisingly it worked very well and produced a spacious area housing a powerful walk in rain shower. A very comfortable bed, with great linens, and air conditioning which coped well with an extreme heatwave. All this and pleasant, polite and accommodating staff as well. We really regret that a three night stay was truncated to one by an Easyjet flight cancellation due to cabin crew going on strike.
