I like the overall experience in hotel itself I like how the staff greet you with a smile and are very nice I like how they have snacks out in the evening rather if that's popcorn or baked good the staff is not only very friendly but they also have fun and joke around both with themselves and with customers in a fun healthy way that still provides customer service I have gone back to that hotel for the last two or three years now this being the third or fourth year but I've stayed at that hotel I stay at that particular hotel when I'm attending a concert in the area at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater I love to come back to this hotel every year because of how nice the staff are how clean the hotels are not just the rooms but the overall facility and also how convenient it is to get to Fiddler's Green Amphitheater where the hotel is I also like the prices of the hotel even if I'm booking it on booking.com or if I were to book it directly through the hotel it is still really good prices I mean Granite it is not the worst hotel but not the best hotel as far as star ratings go but for a 3-star Hotel I would come to this hotel every time if I could and stay there every night if I could for a 3-star Hotel it is probably one of the best hotels for the best price you're not just getting what you pay for you're getting more than that considering the customer service of the staff in the hotel and the cleanliness of the hotel and the overall treatment from the staff of the hotel

There is absolutely nothing that I did not like it's an overall awesome and great hotel with friendly staff

The staff was incredibly kind, courteous, accomodating, thoughtful! The manager Josh P was exceptionally awesome! He went so far above and beyond to make my stay co.fortable and safe. I travel a lot and this staff was the most awesome, helfpul, and kind that I have ever encountered. Im so thankful that I chose this hotel for my extended stay. Im .oving into my new place today and ill miss the staff here. Ill be back!

The breakfast wasnt great but everything else more than made up for that.

This is one of the only hotels I've stayed at in the last few years that feels "pre-covid", they go to the trouble to tidy your room everyday and offer complimentary breakfast at reasonable hours. I really appreciate these little details, given a lot of other hotels I've stayed at don't seem to have kept up their standards quite as well. I stayed here a couple days and everyone I interacted with was really friendly and helpful. Would love to stay here again.

Close to attractions, good breakfast, the staff were very accommodating and were amazing with my children, they always had something little for them waiting at the desk

They hot tub was broken, the laundry room was shut down, only had 10 channels to watch so had to get a fire stick for my kids when we were in our room and then the Wi-Fi only worked half the time

Room was huge and very clean, restrooms very clean. Loved the popcorn and cookies when we got to the Hotel after traveling it was a nice snack. Staff was extremely friendly always smiling and laughing with their guests which makes people feel more welcome.

Ice machine on our floor wasn't working no biggie but it is nice to not have to walk to another floor to get ice. My stay should have been 214.60 cents but my card was charged 314. So I am assuming that the extra hundred is a deposit but won't know till I call them or see if it ends up back in my account. I wish they would notify you of that just so your prepared.

Staff was willing to get me extra shampoo and towels since there was only enough for one person. Food at breakfast was good. Lots of room. Enough space for many guests to eat comfortably. Quiet for sleep.

Couldn't find the breakfast attendant. I had to leave my food to go find someone. Got cold. Use the microwave though. No forks was told there was no artificial sweetener and then some showed up but didn't see til after I was done eating but not to big a deal just I'm diabetic and have to watch the sugars. After looking for a person to help and finally sat down to eat then the attendant comes out. Idk maybe she just had to use the restroom so she got the benefit of the doubt.

Rooms could use some updating and maintenance. Safe in room did not work. It's advertised they have a shuttle to light rail, and we went for a broncos game but had to use Lyft because they do not do the shuttle on weekends. Pool was freezing cold hot tub closed out of order and that whole area could use some work.

The hotel and rooms were Super clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful and super close to the Fiddler Green Amp. We had a problem with the safe and within minutes after calling the front desk someone was there to fix it. But all in all I give this hotel a 10 and will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was really good. Thank you all for your dedication to your hotel.

The only thing we had wrong wit our room was, in the middle of the night the cool air stopped working and with my hot flashes it was rough trying to sleep , but the fan worked. It isn’t the hotel’s fault these things happen. We definitely will be back.

We had a quick a 1 night stay and we were very happy with our hotel room. We enjoyed a King room with lots of space for Two. The hotel is close to all kinds of restaurants. We close Maggiano's Italian restaurant and it was fantastic. The hotel was close enough to highway exit in the morning for our escape, heading South.

No fault of the hotel but we received a foot of snow over night.

In July, it was hotter than fire outside. I did not like the swamp cooler. It was humid in the room, not cool enough. Swamp coolers don't work well when it is cloudy/stormy in Colorado (had one). We lived in Colo for 35 years. We switched to AC. We met up with another traveler who commented about how it was not cool in his room either. Also, the ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor (our room was 213). I love my ice water. Again, July. We had to have someone in the lobby unlock the pantry to get ice.
