Almost everything they leave you shower gel, hand soap, and bottles of spring water very helpful staff, comfortable beds, the bunk beds fit a 6ft adult. Washing machine and powder, iron and board all in the apartment (8) on ground floor with patio. The location is fabulous 10 mins from beach, 5 mins from supermarket, cafes, bakery and a rotisserie across the road.

Sofa needs cushions, can be noisy as on a corner, shower needs updating.

Everything was perfect for a business trip. Room was big, clean, warm, close to Miramare station, restaurants, coffee shops, minimarket.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing everything I needed with a smile. One thing to note is that the staff primarily communicate in Italian or German, rather than English. However, their warmth and helpfulness transcended language barriers, and they made every effort to ensure my needs were met. I also appreciated their flexibility with check-in and check-out times. They made it hassle-free for me to arrive early and leave later, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my time. The proximity to Rimini airport was an added bonus, making travel convenient. I sincerely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in Rimini. Great location - right next to a supermarket and caffeteria, also close to the sea Helpful owner - doesn't speak english at all but he's very nice The room had everything we needed - coffee, hair dryer, shower gel, laundry detergent

bad sound isolation - we heard everything happening on the street, thankfully it isn't a busy street

the room was cleaned once a week, the bed clothes and towels were changed too. The apartment has mostly everything we needed

Location is great. Supermarket nearby. Coffeehouse with nice coffee and Italian pastries right around the corner. 250m from public transportation. Lots of restaurants nearby. Close to the sea and public training area in case you like calisthenics.

I can't think of anything that was significantly negative honestly. All OK.

It was even better I anticipated. Spacious one bedroom apartment with terrace. Well equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom with washing machine. Café, groceries, amazing rosticceria all in 10 meters, sea in circa 100 m and trolleybus, train to Rimini in maximum 5 mins walk. Relaxed neighborhood with gorgeous, tall trees. Our host, Marco was very kind and responsive.

Thank you very much Marko and team for the hospitality. It was great pleasure to stay here for a week. The apartment was nice and cozy with all needed stuff inside. 5 mins to the beach. Supermarket is close to the apartment. The parking is 300 m from apartment.

Close to the sea, good equipped, you have everything you need. Supermarket, metro and bus station is close. Easy to check in and check out, comfort stay.

Place a bit old, but it's OK.
