Difficult when most of the channels are blocked on the TV, No real local eating options or cafe (Peacock Restaurant was OK, but not really casual dining) within a short walk, rather than a tuk tuk… Need to include a drink option with room service, ordering room service and needing to get in a tuk tuk to get a drink to enjoy with it seemed counter intuitive

Truly a wonderful hotel. The entire hotel was very aesthetically pleasing and our room, Nirvana, was a work of art. The bed was big and comfortable, the bathroom spacious and room service worked well. The hotel is not too close to busy roads so it was fairly quiet inside. The staff was friendly, kind and happy to help at all times. The options for breakfast were plentiful and everything was freshly made and tasted amazing. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer!

The hotel was close to the train station but far from the city center or old Jaipur, so location was not perfect.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, with every room consisting of different motifs and paintings. Our room had also a small balcony that we could enjoy. The staff was very kind and made every effort to make sure our stay was pleasant. Everything was impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic, with a vast menu to choose from. The location is also very convenient, as it allowed us to either book private trips or use the public transport system. We loved our stay and we'd recommend it to friends and family.

As we were right next to the temple, some music and chants can be heard from the room very early in the morning.

The hotel is beautiful, the reception staff very friendly and extremely helpful. The room is equally beautiful, comfortable and just the right temperature. We could not fault the cleanliness.

I think there is an honest desire to get things right, but there are some inaccuracies in execution. For example: - Breakfast needs to be pre-ordered, but we had to wait for 30 minutes for it to arrive. - We were promised sandwiches to take with us in lieu of breakfast for our early departure (we didn’t ask for this) but no one was on reception at 0645 to give them to us. Dinner is not available at the hotel, but there is a free auto rickshaw service to their sister hotel where you can dine at the Peacock rooftop restaurant - wear warm clothes.

It is ideally located for the train station and the metro to the old city in case you want to explore independently. The room was out of this world, spacious, comfortable bed, large shower area; the walls are decorated with Hindu images, the doors are finished off with a painted wood sculpture, making a true 3D experience. Breakfast was lovely, served in a dedicated breakfast area on the 2nd floor. For evening meals there is a complimentary Tuktuks over to their sister hotel which has a rooftop restaurant and the food was again excellent; they even have live music by local musicians. I was totally amazed by the whole place.

Nothing at all, would recommend all my friends to stay here.

The rooms were amazing. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in India. Each room had a theme. The rooms were immaculate and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel decor was very classy. The staff were very friendly. There wasn’t a restaurant at this hotel but they had a sister hotel a few minutes away which had a lovely restaurant. Breakfast was included and you could order the night before and it would be delivered to your room or you could have it in the beautiful dining area. Every evening they would play some soft, relaxing, calming spa type of music over the speakers which you could hear in the bathroom and bedroom.

There was nothing not to like

Rooms were large and nicely decorated with period furnishing. Although you have to order breakfast the night before, it was delicious and with several western options. You can also choose to have it brought to your room or eat at the dining area. Free rickshaw service is provided to dinner at sister property several blocks away. Location is in a gated community with controlled access at night time.

There's a temple immediately across the street with services at daybreak which woke me up in the mornings.

Overall experience was very nice. Staff was very friendly and kind. Loved the themed rooms and the hallways. It is a beautifully decorated building.

Heater was unpredictable. First day had to take shower with luke warm water but next day it was fine. Another important feedback on the Ayurvedic massage center. The owner was very unwelcoming and rude when we went there for our scheduled massage. The staff who did the massage was great but they did not do body steam. At the end when we were doing phone pay transaction, the owner rejected our transactions and forced us to use our card. It was a debit card but he took extra money for using card. We tried our phone pay somewhere else and it was working fine. He made our overall experience very unpleasant.

The free train station pickup with a driver to meet me on the platform was helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet. The bed was soft and comfortable. Staff members were courteous and efficient. The metro was an easy 5 min walk during the day, and could take me to Hawa Mahal in 10 minutes. A lot easier and cheaper than tuktuk. Pavan, the duty manager, was a true gem. He was a friendly, calm and effective communicator, providing valuable advice and suggestions. He always listened attentively and came up with the right solution. He really made my 4 days stay in Jaipur more enjoyable and memorable.

Our stay at Pearl Palace Heritage was exceptional! Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the charming breakfast room to the uniquely decorated hall- and stairways. Our room was very cozy with lovingly designed wall paintings and beautiful tiles in the bathroom. The team was amazing and everything felt inviting and cared for. The breakfast was delicious and the linked Peacock Restaurant on a rooftop nearby is highly reccomendable. Furthermore they offer a pillow menu, a complementary tea hour and the laundry service was e xecptionally fast and thorough. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel for a memorable getaway!
