The breakfast and the area where it was served was very nice. The building was new and had adequate parking. I also liked the way the room was decorated. The two ladies at the front desk were really nice during our check in and they offered a lot of advise bout our stay and what we could do around town. I would come here again mostly because of them and how the hotel was decorated, I felt really comfortable.

Two parts of the room that were dirty first was the bathroom floor and the garbage was not taken out. When I opened the compartment were the refrigerator was it was very dirty on both sides of the refrigerator. It looked like no one had ever cleaned there. The only garbage can I saw was in the bathroom I think that one near the door would be nice. The bed was kind of lumpy on one side.

The facilities were very nice & clean. The lobby was really modern looking & clean. The room was clean. My mom went to the front desk one night to ask for change I guess b/c the machine were only taking cash & not card & the front desk clerk that night just gave her a drink from behind the front desk. That was unexpected, most places charge for everything. We also enjoyed the sweet lady who put out the breakfast the Sunday morning we were leaving. She had a big smile on her face & interacted w/ the hotel guests & was so polite. She even offered to cut up an orange for my daughter which was so nice of her. She kept replenishing the breakfast up until 10:00, which was different from the morning before on Saturday & there was a different lady who was serving breakfast & she did not replenish items that ran out, she just let them run out.

We did notice several leaks in the roof of the covered shelter in front of the the main entry to the hotel when we arrived. It was pouring rain & we had my grandmother w/ us who we were worried might slip w/ all the water, but other then that this hotel was great.

We travel to this area often and have stayed at this hotel several times. Always clean and comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Nice size rooms and we could fit 2 mountain bikes into the room. Even brought them up on the elevator.

Only drawback is there is no pool at this facility. Wish there was, but worth the money to stay in a comfortable room.

The staff were all very friendly and polite. We also liked the location right near the expressway. And the complementary cookies in the lobby

The bed wasn't really comfortable. Also if your on the first floor you have 2 exit doors in your room. One goes to the parking lot and one to the lobby. Some people may like that because u can park right outside your door but not my thing.

Great location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Waffles, bacon, eggs, cereal, fresh fruit, pastry, etc. Some changes daily to the menu. Bottom floor being renovated.

Location was perfect - right off the highway. Quiet room - I barely heard anyone in the hall or nearby. Comfortable bed, tons of towels of various sizes. Breakfast was delicious, with the hot foods changing every day (pork sausage patties/links, turkey sausage, bacon, various styles of eggs, roasted potatoes, etc.). So many other choices (cereal, make-your own waffles, toast, sweet bread, juices, coffee, tea, etc.). Staff was great! Friendly, happy, helpful. I used the treadmill in the gym, which was perfect for my needs.

Carpet in hallway was threadbare in spots.

Yes! I wanted to visit my daughter at Hernando CI where she is serving 3 years for possession. This hotel was close and at a good price. Turns out the place was spectacular and the registration clerk very nice and beautiful!

I didn't like the fact my daughter lost her freedom. I didn't like the 3 hour drive. I didn't like the fact this beautiful room was only for 1 night!

We were going to a funeral at Florida Veterans Cemetery. The hotel was close by. Breakfast was good.

unusual that our room had a front and back door. One door to parking lot and one to the hallway.

The receptionist were friendly, the rooms were clean the breakfast was amazing
