Cleanliness of the rooms, quiet location, friendly staff, next door to the kitchenware district. Only 2 stations from Ueno Station (caught the Shinkansen to the north from there) and Ameyoko Street Markets.

The breakfast was good, but, we were in Japan for 6 weeks and stayed in a wide variety of hotel brands. This hotel (and one other Comfort Hotel) were the only hotels that had tinned fruit (all others had fresh fruit) and the only hotel not to have fresh cherry tomatoes for breakfast. Those items make a difference to the start of each of our days. It’s great that the Bakuroyokoyama (train) Station is next door to the hotel, but, when you have luggage, the 55 steps are a lot to negotiate! A 5 min. flat walk, away, is the Higashi-Nihombashi (train) Station which is great as it has a lift (on a side street) and this line goes direct to Narita Airport, all terminals - Platform 2, near the lift.

Location is perfect, you can even see the hotel from the south exit of the station. Walking is about 5 minutes. Check-in and check-out are fully automatic, you can use the machine and switch to English. Of course staff is available to help you and answer any questions. The lobby is very comfortable, there is a relaxing are and also places for working with power outlets and good WiFi. During your stay you can enjoy in the lobby free tea/coffee and read books, specially selected for quests. The area is beautifully designed and pleasant. In the morning it servers as breakfast place. Hot Japanese dishes, choices for salads and fruit, yogurt and cereals, coffee/tea/milk and various smoothies. The room is very clean, with a nice view, they change towels every day and linens on request. The bed was hard and nice, but the pillows small and soft. The bathtub was rather small, but deep and typical for Japanese hotels

The air-conditioner an especially the refrigerator were rather noisy. Not much of a choice for amenities, just slippers, toothbrushes, combs and razors, but probably you can ask for extra at the reception.

I booked room for 3pax with kid and a friend. The hotel is near to station. Self check-in was easy as long as you can read kanji (finding your own address in the monitor). The towels are prepared depending on pax which I got impressed unlike other hotels who only give 2 towels per room. The hotel looks new, has cable and plug sockets in rooms and library cafe. They have refreshing drinks (I like the lemon water) on ground floor which opens 24/7. The parking is also okay (not free) but might get crowded depends on days. Parking is at the back and you may enter the hotel from the back door.

The hotel was close to the JR station, just about 170 m. or 3 minutes on foot. Moreover, we got the good price which included breakfast and coffee, so it was a great deal. Fast and easy check in / check out. Hotel free area near lobby that they used for breakfast service zone in the morning looked clean and convenient for anyone that can sit and relax or worked with free drink during 14:00 - 24:00. (Coffee machine, Water)

This hotel did not have public bath for guests.

It was a great location, very close to the train station and able to get to many great sights with ease. Breakfast was good, room was probably the largest out of the rooms I stayed in on my trip to Japan. Staff were friendly and helpful, and patient with my Japanese not being great.

The room and bathroom were very clean. Breakfast was amazing and the dining hall was available for use after service period, which was really good as the rooms weren't suited for group hang outs. They have a really amazing luggage storage system - similar to coin lockers and free to use.

Nothing really. The size is your typical Japanese compact hotel room size.

Comfort Hotel Hamamatsu provided a cozy and comfortable room. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise, offering a variety of options to start the day off right. The hotel's convenient location near transportation hubs and local attractions made exploring the city hassle-free.

Just was a fine hotel to stay at.

This was a cosy, and hospitable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful (lending us umbrellas on a very rainy day). So close to amazing restaurants, shopping and transport links. A lovely stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hamamatsu, and the Comfort Hotel

The staff are friendly especially the cleaning Filipina ladies who became my friends. I even featured the hotel in my you tube channel Sheng Jhing Kai , I also love reading different kind of books while eating breakfast.

the aircon is too direct to the bed, and it made me sick. at the first day I thought the food was nice, but staying for 5 days , it was always the same food everyday. And in my first night the rain was pouring hard and i need to buy food outside because there is nothing to buy inside the hotel and when i ask for an umbrella, the staff gave me a good for kindergarten size of umbrella that didn't help at all. It was too small to even cover my slim body. l was all wet as well as my Louis Vuitton bag.

best location, all are near by. can be connected with any part of country by sinkan / bus / train from this hotel

As per other countries will include 2 clothes as free cleaning per day per person, if he stays more than 4 days. Otherwise all was good
