The bed was super comfy with plush quilt and pillows. Clean, white, crisp linen. Bathroom was so clean like it was newly built yesterday. Pyjamas were provided so our sleep was very relaxed. Location was very strategic next to Family Mart, McDonald's and Daiso at the intersection, surrounded by shopping malls and restaurants, a minute walk to subway, 3 mins walk to Sapporo TV tower and popular pick up spot for Klook tours. There is a lounge/dining area on level 2 where you can eat your purchased meals. Free coffee and tea. The staff at reception were wonderful!

The dining area and lifts are messy sometimes because the guests are selfish. Not the hotel's fault but regular checks/cleaning is needed. The bedroom itself is immaculate. They didn't have a public bath but they did have a deep tub you could soak in nicely.

Super great location in downtown, with parking availability also near to subway. Breakfast is so delicious and good, with sashimi and lots of fresh local foods, you don't even need to have lunch!

I will suggest to enhance some basic facility, for example, there's no bottled water or cold water machine (only hot water and coffee). The elevator takes long time to wait but tea/coffee is only in 2F and washing machine only in top floor. Finally, I know it might be difficult but bathroom is too small, and the dryer is easily to drop duo to small space.

The buffet breakfast was good & a good selection to choose from. Mostly traditional / Japanese style breakfast side dishes was served (Grilled fish, sashimi, salmon roe, etc) other buffet selections: drinks (orange juice, fresh milk etc), desserts (small squares of cakes), salad (choose your own sides), etc Though there’s parking, unfortunately our 9-seater van was told to park elsewhere (maybe no space for our car size) Rooms (ours was the 3 person room): the rooms were slightly squeezy, you’d have to take turns opening your luggage, but it was overall alright :) Location: the hotel location was alright too, nearby Tanuki Koji street which has access to the underground walkway/street & you’ll be able to walk to the different stations while doing some shopping along the way! Nearby the stay: - There was a convenience store - Mcdonald’s across the street

Very nice location, and the room was spacious enough for me and my son. McDonald’s is just right across, and there are a lot of nearby shops, restaurants and convenience stores. We put a ‘come back later’ sign, so they just provided us with necessities (clean towels, tissues, etc) outside our door. That was a nice touch.

They can do better with cleaning. We saw a hair in the shower area when we arrived.

Good modern vibe, comfortable beds, great breakfast buffet. Location was superb, near a subway station and several bus stations, with a convenience store and a McDonald's a few steps away

Room size was sufficient, but was pretty tight for two full size suitcases. Front desk staff weren't very helpful for reservation requests and possible vehicle booking.

Nice clean, modern hotel in Susukino area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to Tanukikoji street, metro stations and the Sapporo street car station. Free tea and coffee in the restaurant/lounge and breakfast available too for ¥1800 pp

Room was a little small for three people and the third bed was a pullout sofa bed that wasn't very comfortable.

Very clean, larger single beds, the use of space was great, the breakfast was delicious

The bathrooms didn’t smell very good. The rooms were small but they did provide a 24 hour common area with free coffee and tea. The rooms are very small.

Very close to station and in the central district. Plenty of restaurants and attractions around. Hotel is new so it's very clean and good designed. Also have a washing machine. Room is quite big compared to other rooms we've been in. Staff was lovely, they couldn't speak much English but that's not a problem with Google translate. Very good price for such location and room size.

Located near city centre. Sapporo Station is near but still about 10 mins’ walk. Room size is small but bearable. Level 2 is available for guests to relax and iffers free beverages like coffee and tea (you can even buy food from outside and have it here)Nice touch!

Can't beat the location, right in downtown Sapporo. Surrounded by shops + restaurants. The facilities were very new

Because of location, it can be loud at night. The flooring in the bathroom we had moved slightly every time you moved, made me slightly motion sick
