I love the location and it is within walking distance of many restaraunts. The pool was really nice as well. They had a workout room but didnt get a chance to use it this time.

The lady that works in the mornings is very rude and has an ulgy attitude. I could hear her from my room cussing someone out because they did not have a waffel machine or the juice machine turned on. Upon checkin out, she comes out of the room with the 2 fabric softners that i had noticed in the ac vent when we checked in. I didnt think much of it being that this is an old hotel and thought they might do that for the smell. Well has she comes out she says. "Now im not supposed to give you your deposit back because of this, but im going to this time" First of all, either 1, she did not check this room correctly the first time she checked it, or 2 she needs to check with the house keeping staff and see if they left them there. There was absolutly no reason for her to come out being so rude.

I love the fact that they have a pool and the room was large and spacious. They also had a workout area with equipment. They also have breakfast. The water pressure and shower amenities were amazingly well.

With having a pool on a hot day, it felt more like a hot tub. There isn’t much shade in the pool area. The TV was also a bit difficult to deal with and the Wi-Fi although free, was poor service.

Breakfast was not available yet when I departed. Unfortunately no coffee was either...my one disappointment was I wish coffee would have been put on earlier. Perhaps you should consider having a few cheap grab and go options for people who depart slightly earlier than your standard breakfast hours. Many people wake and get going earlier than you, would be nice for them to see this rather than feel alienated for waking earlier than some others.

Breakfast was a little small ,but was still good. I would highly recommend to family and friends about my wonderful stay and about the beauty of the Holet. And the wonderful staff. I was very satisfied!!!!

Again the breakfast could have been better But everything was really great So nothing else I can say

I like that the room for quiet there was not much traffic it was a very nice beautiful lobby

Breakfast could have been a lot better there was no butter for the waffles the serpent out there was no more orange juice

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially liked the "no pet fee".

There were leaks in the building and areas that had to be blocked off. I hope they get taken care of and fixed. I would like to come back in the future and stay at Red Roof Inn Lake Jackson.

The room was nice and comfortable. Tatiana was very patient and helpful. We had an issue with Booking.com. My reservation did not show up on her computer and she did everything to solve the issue. The sitting area is very nice. All in all I enjoyed my stay.

The room was a little smelly from cigarette smoke. A little spraying helped. It was tolerable. The downstairs ice maker was not working.

The staff is so friendly x the property is very quiet. My dogs got to join me. They have a grab n go breakfast and coffee. It was a very pleasant time and I will gladly be booking here again. Thanks for having us!

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel was newly renovated and it was a great value for the price! The staff were very friendly and professional.
