This was my fifth trip tp Egypt and I wish I had known about this hotel earlier, the staff were very polite, friendly and professional making sure every guest enjoyed their time there. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The meals were delicious. You can choose between A La Carte or Buffet for dinner. As I was travelling in Summer, the pool area was great to cool down in after a day out. I can't thank Mr Mohamed & Ms Amira enough for their hospitality. I will definitely stay there again when I am in the area.

Poor vegan options for breakfast and dinner, set menu for dinner for most of our stay, not very professional spa services, hotel supposed to be renovated and reopened a year ago, but the rooms look a bit more worn out than that

The properties located close to the pyramids in one of the famous streets in Cairo brand new operator with renovated facilities the main pool area is one of the significant areas that you would enjoy relaxing by the pool, enjoying finest, ever cool drinks, and amazing meal and a fine hookah the customer service went beyond by the Amazing guest relations Ms.Amira and Ms.Muna the Front Desk Manager and his team members was excellent offering an amazing experience walking in to the hotel and I would like to Thank Mohammed the man behind the the scene for an amazing Hookah experience

I would suggest a fine café that serves speciality coffee with amazing set up for people to have meetings different options when it comes to F&B and an organize retail area and proper Desserts and entertainment options

the staff here is absolutely amazing, they go above and beyond...one little thing that is not of your satisfaction they ensure to investigate and make changes if and when necessary, their aim.is to please and they did just that...from.the guys at the restaurant, the pool guard, shisha, butlers 10/10... don't get me started on the meals...brilliant

I just wish they could get more English speaking staff...I found it difficult to communicate most of what I needed, considering the fact that they recieve international clients who speak English

Most of the Hotels in Giza or cairo are scams. This place is genuine. Nice property, nice staff. They serve a very decent breakfast. The travel desk guy is good, he helped us to arrange our local tours.

Room service is pathetic. The people attend the call are not aware of the bar menu. they missed my order two times. Then I had to call the manager both times to get my order. They huge improvement in putting good staff and training them.

I liked the rooms and the willingness of the staff. Although there was a language problem they did their best to accomodate us.

The breakfast for the price charged was not value for money. If they included a free breakfast for guests it would be perfect for guests. Either they keep the breakfast simple and free or provide a wider variety for the price.

All the staff are well Ms Mona and Amera were very professional and very helpful and they was very vert supported And also they show use the best location and best places and they was there 24/7

WiFi And they little bit of disturbance of the hotel who were booked others were all well But the WiFi WiFi WiFi was very bad and the siting

I recently stayed at Azal Pyramids Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel’s location is good and the facilities were clean and comfortable. A special thank you to receptionist Mona, who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Her warm welcome, professionalism, and helpfulness truly stood out.

I like breakfast and everything .Staff was outstanding.If there were 100 stars, i would have give these person 100. I want to thanks Hader, Menna ,Hamdy,Hossam ,fawqia and Mona and every body was really outstanding.

Its nothing literally. Everything was perfect.

The staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mona. She was very kind and supportive. We had an issue with the booking, she resolved the issue promptly and ensured that we are happy throughout our stay.
