The apartment itself was spacious and well appointed. There was plenty of room to set up my baby's bassinet, and to enjoy a visit from the grandparents for dinner. The apartment felt clean and fresh, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The apartment complex was not pram-friendly, with steps on most pathways. The elevators were tiny, and only accommodated one person with the pram or beach cart. Although the walk to the beach was only about 70 metres, it was an uphill trek back - not ideal with a beach cart and small children. Next door (on Beach Road) is currently a vacant block - the apartment we stayed in had a nice view of the water, but that view will be gone when construction begins next door. I'm glad we weren't there during construction as it would have been horrible. There are three buildings in the complex, the one we stayed in felt like it was disconnected from the rest of the complex - we were behind a church, and had to walk across a small internal road to access the main pool in the complex.

We had a couple of issues with the AC, fan, lamps and some cleaning issues that we've addressed with management. The issues didn't ruin our stay and I think will be addressed with the cleaners. Next time we'd request a room closer to the large pool area that's suitable for young children.

Generous room size and good facilities such as lap pool spa and tennis court. Close to everything and good it was back a block from the main street made it quieter

Some small maintenance issues could be attended to a fly screen had fallen off the window and I found it in a bedroom cupboard! But wasn't a major issue

We had a great stay at Coolum Seaside! The apartment was huge! We were so surprised at how big it was! The staff were lovely, the wifi was fast and the apartment had everything you could want and need! We highly recommend staying and if we come back to Coolum Beach we will definitely be staying again!

Great sized apartment with all self contained facilities, super comfy beds and lounge and a great balcony setting - perfect for a large group with the option to open the balcony to the one next door. Awesome pools and spas.

Part of the resort is lush green gardens but the side I was on felt quite utilitarian, lots of steel and not much aesthetically.

Friendly and welcoming management. It's our second time there and we'll be back. lovely and clean, super comfy beds and awesome facilities. Location is awesome as everything you need is in walking distance including the beach. Thanks for making our stay so welcoming 🙏😊

Loved the spaciousness and lay out of our apartment. Loved that we had the choice to cook in our own kitchen or dine out at restaurants. Fantastic location, a quick walk down to Coolum beach, restaurants and shops. Definitely staying here again next year!

This apartment was nice however both mirrors in bathrooms are covered in soap scum when we arrived.

Self contained, rooftop lovely with BBQ, nice views and very convenient to beach, surf club and other shops, secure and 3 pool options, landscaped gardens lovely, each unit is private and could not hear neighbours

Rooftop not fully covered so would be hot in summer and when it rained it, and the unit level patio was not usable, only one deck chair on roof, an outdoor lounge would be good. Some minor repairs required inside.

4 Families traveling for an event. Each family able to have an apartment size that suited them, from studio, 2br or 3Br. We each prepared our own meals in our rooms but were able to come together in a great communal space near the pool to eat together. We could have even cooked BBQ together there if we had thought of it.

There was limited cooking pans, only just able to cook pasta for 5 of us, but we did make it work by using multiple saucepans.
