The staff was excellent. Unfortunately the tv in my room wouldn't connect to the cable so they moved & upgraded me with no extra charge. The rooms & lobby were very clean. The beds are comfortable, shower is great. Looks like the rooms have been upgraded recently so that's a plus.

The rooms had no coffee maker or blow dryer, and I wish I had known that. The staircase looked well used. There were several utility maintenance rooms I passed before getting to the staircase that were all open. It didn't bother me, but I know it would some people. It just makes your walk to the staircase less attractive. A good solution would be to just keep those doors closed. A light next to the bed would be nice instead of walking to the door to turn the lights out.

The hotel has recently been renovated. I stayed in this same room last year, and could see the upgrades. New sink, toilet, shower, flooring, HVAC, and window coverings. I can see that they have put a lot of effort into the remodel. The staff was charming, as usual, and made me feel exceptionally welcome when I arrived on Tuesday evening.

There was very little hot water in the shower. The sink and hot tub had it, but the shower remained luke-warm the whole time I was using it (and I gave it about 5 minutes to warm up.)

We have been going many years. They are up grading it is very nice. My booking was mixed up but the manager took care of that.

My didn’t likes wasn’t with staff it’s with other guest not them. Loud dogs a couple of doors down. Someone didn’t clean up their dog poo and it had been stepped in and smeared at the side door where smoking was. Tried to sleep in and sounded like the people above us was coming through the ceiling at 6:30 in the morning. By 8:30 sounded like they were wrestling in the tub.

Tamara was wonderful, helped me through a crisis with my car door lock getting jammed and my car key getting bent. This triggered my anti theft alarm going off and I couldn’t start the car. Was stranded and nearly had to have the car towed, but after several hours I finally got the bent key to turn on the ignition and I was able to depart.

The crisis caused by my door lock getting stuck. But nothing wrong with the hotel, it met expectations. As mentioned above, Tamara was awesome and went above and beyond to help me with my car crisis.

Working through remodel is tough. Staff was attentive and the new bathroom was super nice.

Missing in bathroom... Tp dispenser. Shower shelves. Missing in room bedside lighting. Very dusty from construction. Tv analog issues. Very limited channels and those were rough. Bed, you can feel the bars in the frame. No closet to hang clothes or place to unpack.

Very Nice clean garden tub room with comfortable king bed. The Tile around garden tub needs to be extended to the entire room as carpet around bed had a moldy odor. Shower had good water pressure and plently of hot water. Location was quiet after 9pm with no noisy truck traffic. The Check out Gal was very nice to talk to and informative about local events. The Toccoa Falls and the college campus was pleasant to visit nearby.

Just the carpet odor. All hotels and motels need to eliminate carpet in rooms for hygienic purposes.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Since it was a budget friendly hotel I was pleasantly surprised how clean and large the rooms are. The beds were comfy and the pillows were great. The furnishings and bath fixtures were newer. They allow pets with a fee and were very sweet to our dogs. I would definitely stay here again.

Was hard to find a negative. The bathroom sink is showing wear and the bathroom door had some spots that appeared rusted. The location is a little out of the way, not near restaurants and such but not to far to get to those things. Nice and quiet.

The sweet lady running the front desk at our arrival”Kim” I believe was her name was an absolute delight! She was so incredibly sweet to my family and ensured that we were comfortable and taken care of! Also, we were in walking distance of Puerto Nuevo Restaurant that was amazing! Huge portions, friendly service, and an amazing Paradise Margarita!

We wouldn’t change anything.

They are in the middle of a major renovation but everyone was so friendly. They located a chair for my newly renovated room because the new ones had not arrived yet. This was my second stay in 2 months. I'll be back. Great coffee!

I didn't have any problems.

The room was newly renovated and very clean.

During the renovation the flipping door lock was not replaced so there was only a deadbolt. Many of the room doors were Ill fitting and there were cracks at the top of the door jam. The bed was not comfortable.
