Exactly what we needed for our less than 12hr stay. Clean, quite and a bed to sleep on, a shower to shower in.
Bath rooms are very very tiny. There was never any ice in the ice machine had to walk to a whole separate building to get to vending.

liked room layout clean quiet fairly comfortable close to church, restaurants and shopping. front desk staff were friendly and courteous
didn't care for 50 deposit or safe fee but they were reimbursed. Needed facial tissue and microwaveable cups in the room. Had ground floor room so LACK of elevator did not affect us

Clean and comfortable
Bathroom door sticky. Needs to be adjusted. Traffic noise eventually died off around 10pm.mostly crotchrockets. Shouldn't have that problem in winter though.

Carol at the front desk was friendly, helpful and very professional. It was a nice handicapped accessible room.
It is a little hard to find the hotel and there is some road construction nearby.

Nice showers, very clean, great location. Overall it's not bad. Is give it a 4 this stay. Usually an 8.
One of the ladies at the front desk. Sorry Idk her name. She is African American, where's fake long eye lashes & was rude on 3 separate occasions. The other girl with the piercing, who checked me in was super sweet. I booked a double deluxe which I thought was a nicer room. So for $70 more dollars I paid for extra floor space is all my the air and heat unit. Never do that again. So it's quite expensive lately to stay there!! But it was my favorite hotel. I'm gonna keep trying and if I don't get treated better I will go to Holiday Inn. Thank you, Traci
