The room was fabulous. So clean and so simple and very big for the price. The bed for the two of us was comfortable. The bathroom was modern with a nice shower. The room was so quiet at night with no street noise and the receptionists were so helpful.

We usually sleep in until 10 or so but one morning the cleaning staff was moving the furniture below us very early and was pretty loud because the floors are concrete. I recommend that they put furniture pads or pieces of carpet underneath the bed legs. It could also make moving the furniture easier...

The room was spacious and comfortable. The shower was decent. Good location near the center. Great value for money.

Having to ring the doorbell to enter, even during the day. It's not the hotel's fault but the freight trains were a bit noisy during the night as the tracks are quite near and they sound their horns. I used a white noise app.

Everything was well thought out for comfort without unnecessary extravagances. Two layers of curtains. Environmentally friendly. Great breeze from 2 balcony sliders. Beds crisply made every day. Decorated with artisanias instead of generic art. Great location. 24-hour desk was the only way to get into the hotel, which made me feel safer.

Wish there was coffee nearby to bring back to the room in the morning and enjoy the balcony. My ceiling fan was missing a knob which was difficult for my arthritic hands to turn.

The property is very well decorated and clean. Our first 2 nights we had a room off the patio. We extended our stay and booked a bigger room on the top floor. We much preferred the top floor for the natural light , increase size in bed and bathroom and more privacy. The staff was very nice and helpful. It is also off a quiet street.

Rooms were well thought out without being extravagant. The rooms were decorated with genuine artisanias instead of generic hotel art. The only way into the hotel was through the 24-hour desk which made me feel safer. Great location. Comfy bed with plenty of pillows. Two layers of curtains on the two balcony sliders allowed me to control the light and the breeze.

The breakfast was good. The best part was the little boy that helped the waitress take food orders. He is adorable. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions about the area.

The hotel is in the historic center but very quiet. Our room was specious with a balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Will gladly stay again.

The location was excellent! We loved being able to walk through the center of town and try restaurants and hear live music. All in all it felt like a good secret to keep for family and friends.

The narrow street made it hard for car services to find us and wait for us in a timely fashion. The center of town is full with one way streets so once a car passes it has to go around many blocks to come back around.

Location is perfect, very close to the city center in a quiet street. It is a small sized boutique hotel with beautiful rooms, comfortable beds and a smart TV. Querétaro is a lovely city and we got some good food recommendations from the staff (Tacos El Feo).

The hotel is relatively quiet and is relatively well noise isolated but the hotel staff and other guests can be noisy at night.

- Nice location within walking distance of everything you want to see in Queretero, but not in the heart of everything. - Rooms look out on a small inner courtyard, so property is quiet. - Large rooms simply decorated.

- Cafe at hotel has closed. - Rooms seem to vary. We had a king room without any large openable windows while other rooms had small balconies with sliding glass doors. More openable windows would have been nice.
