Our stay was perfect. The location is ideal, it is so central and every place of interest is walkable. Flawlessly clean and modern accomodation, room and bathroom cleaned and looking spotless every day. only 4 rooms on each floor so felt very private. bed 10/10 for comfort, high quality bedding and pillows. lovely thick towels and free slippers in the bathroom along with body wash and conditioner. Complimentary water and coca cola in the mini fridge on arrival. The snack and coffee room was such a lovely bonus and was replenished daily. We booked a room with a balcony which we loved, it is central with police sirens etc passing by but we had no noise disturbance at all. The hosts are so helpful, sent us WhatsApp recommendations for restaurants and whenever we messaged for colossseum info etc instant response with tips! were able to leave bags in a cupboard at check out then return for them later and freshen up in a bathroom. couldn't ask for anything more, would highly recommend to anyone and will definitely return. A true pleasure to stay at this lovely hotel! The staff were kind and accommodating, and always available! It was wonderful to be able to contact them for suggestions, transportation booking, dinner reservations, anything really, via Whatsapp. I would also like to note how very clean the rooms are! My room was cleaned, floors swept and mopped, every day. The hotel smells lovely. The coffee - snack nooks are a wonderful plus.

The hotel was lovely, and I have no complaints. I would warn travelers that this location is on a busy street, and, therefore, can lead to early mornings (bring ear plugs or headphones!) However, this is to be expected for the excellent location.

This is a lovely hotel with an excellent staff. Among the excellent points are the rooms and comfort, the cleanliness of the hotel and the availability of the staff. The staff can be contacted via Whatsapp for any of your needs - reservations, suggestions, transport booking and so forth. The hotel is also located within 20 minutes walk of most major attractions.

I will not complain, but will warn! Because the hotel is located on the Tiber, and near many attractions, it can be loud. The rooms are not well sound proofed (I heard either other guests or the cleaning staff yelling one morning when I woke up) and my room was on a main road (lovely view, but with the noise that comes with it!)

Myself and my husband really enjoyed our stay here. It is such a good location, couldn’t have been better actually. Really central to most of the tourist attractions and there is a lot of lovely restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was lovely and very helpful with directions and recommendations on where to eat etc and the room was exceptionally clean. Our bed was made fresh every morning also and fresh towels were provided.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, however there is free tea and coffee and biscuits in the reception area.

This was a quaint hotel with AMAZING AC ( hard to come by in Italy in the summer). We had a nice balcony and the room was spacious enough for two people traveling. There is a cute communal area in our floor with complimentary snacks and espresso!

There isn’t really a reception or concierge area. We were OK with it, but if others are traveling and expecting a traditional hotel reception, this is not the place for you. The staff was available at anytime via email or WhatsApp!

Impossible to see Roma, the grand eternal city, in a lifetime!! In 3 days, early mornings and late afternoons visits, gets you to key Roman landmarks, and appreciate the time to sit in piazzas, small café, or cozy bistro, because the impressive dazzling crowds will invade all the sites. With the locals, its totally worth waking up early, it felt like walking into a beautiful dreamy painting! "Aime la vie intensément et tu n'auras plus le temps pour le regret et la peur!!" Roma, known all over the world for its ancient history, remarkable archaeological sites, exquisite museums, delicious dishes, wonderful shops, Roma has a plethora of landmarks: Colosseum, Roman Forum, Fontana di Trevi, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona, Piazza Popola... walk and see the Tiber river flowing through, and see the wonders of the Vatican City, St. Peter's Basilica, Sistine Chapel, Michelangelo, Vaticano Musei. Yesterday I was 64, today I am now 65, tomorrow begins today! Grazie Mille to Charm, Gabriel, who took the time to show me!

The location was absolutely amazing- such a central location that made walking everywhere so easy. We appreciated the free espresso + snack bar, and the fact that we could store our luggage before our room was ready so we could get out an explore immediately! The staff was also so responsive and communicative always available to help.

The bathroom did have a pretty big step between the entrance and the toilet + shower which made me a little nervous at night without lights on. And while the bathroom itself was a good size the shower was pretty small.

We loved the cleanliness of the room and the location. The staff was very helpful. They also offered complimentary treats in the lobby, which was so nice!

Our shower drain was clogged and it caused the shower to overflow into the bathroom each time we used it, this is a small detail that could easily be fixed. While the location is great, it is a very long walk from the train station, and there isn't a metro line that runs by the hotel. So, a car is needed if you have a lot of luggage.

It's a wonderful apartment that is located in the very heart of Rome that makes it easier to reach all top-attractions. It's very safe and staff is available at all times. The apartment is tidy and fully functional with all necessities that you'd need and if something is missing don't hesitate to contact hotel's staff, they'll be there to help you in 3 mins. Very comfortable beds, a lot of space, complementary coffee, chocolate, muffins and waffles, fridge, AC, hangers, hairdryer, free WiFi, shampoo, towels, soap and a stunning view from the window on the bridge that leads you to Vatican. P.S. some tips: The entrance door is closed from 1 pm, and as it has no big visible sign on the door, it makes hard to understand which door you need. You'll have to use air-conditioning with variable power modes (so it won't disturb you at night) because it will be very noisy outside and you won't be able to open windows.

This hotel was in a great location, with an easy bus ride (no 64) from Rome Termini railway station. There were a number of good restaurants within walking distance. The person who welcomed us was friendly and courteous and gave us helpful information about the area and the restaurants etc. Our room was lovely with good air conditioning. The bathroom was spacious and clean with an excellent shower. There were a selection of snacks and hot drinks available in the foyer and the room had a mini-fridge with complimentary water and soft drinks.

The only thing I would have liked was a non-slip mat for the shower. Possibly if I'd asked, one would have been provided.
