The GM checked us in. He was friendly and pleasant to deal with. There was a big snowstorm enroute to TX from Santa Fe so we made a last minute reservation. Front Desk was busy when we arrived but checkin went fine. We were able to get additional linens that we needed. Room amenities were sufficient for a quick overnight stay. Walls were a bit thin so we heard some noisy children coming back from the pool.

Noisy neighbors, but not the hotel’s fault. Due to snowstorm, hotel could have used an extra staff or 2, but they probably had a hard time getting to work also!

The breakfast was an excellent value and helped us get moving for the day. If we had stayed longer we most likely would have used more of the amenities.

There was some kind of timed energy saver controlling hot water for the room. Since our only reason for coming to Santa Rosa in January was to dive the Blue Hole it would have been nice to have had control over that feature of the room.

The room was pet friendly. I was nervous after reading the reviews, but the room had a very pleasant scent, was clean & the bed was comfortable. We liked that the sink was separated from the toilet/shower area by a door. My husband & I were able to get dressed pretty much at the same time.

We had to sign something saying we'd take the dog to a specific place to "walk" him, but finding it was difficult because we didn't see any directions. We were told that pottie bags would be provided, but when we eventually found the walk, there were no bags. The same applied to the ice machine. We saw no signage & had to go to the front desk to get directions.

There’s a parking area for larger vehicles and trailers, and you can drive all the way around the facility so you don’t get jammed in and have to back up. This was important for us as we were driving a 26’ U-Haul and pulling a 9’ trailer.

Everything was nice.

Thank God you had an availability for us when we arrived in town . We had initially booked in a town one stop over and when we arrived it was nothing I could ever stay in for many various reasons . Eek. We drove away and found the comfort of comfort suites . Your beds are one of the most comfortable beds in the industry . Everything was appreciated and any expectations were met.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like .

Very friendly staff Very good breakfast. A huge dining area. Handicap equipped, with a much needed roll-in shower.

My wife's wheelchair would not go into the room. She had to use her walker then I had to fold up the wheelchair to get into the room.

All of the staff were great! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the entire stay. The staff helped us with the fun things to do here.

Easy access off I-40 and on historic Route 66. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was pretty good.

I payed $145/night which I think was high but Albuquerque was having the hot air festival so I’m thinking they raised the nightly prices to take advantage of the festival.

I have stayed here every year when I bring my art group to NM. In 16 visits it is always dependably clean and comfortable.

Nothing at all

All of the amenities were nice but the pet area was by far the best of the six hotels / resorts we stayed in over a 12 day vacation.

The pillows were too squishy / flat. No extra blankets.
