Clean and friendly

Hot tub was not hot at all….. and that was one thing I was looking forward to, so it was a let down

The staff were very friendly and respectful. The breakfast was good on both mornings we ate. The hotel was very clean, and room service did an amazing job. The rooms are very big and provide for an ample amount of space. We stayed in the double bedroom and we had 2 beds, a sofa, and a lounge chair. There is a wall between the beds and the lounge chair/sofa that gives you some privacy or peace and quiet from the rest of the room. The hot tub was relaxing and the pool was at a decent temperature. The gym was a good size and allowed for a good workout. The hotel is only 12 minutes from the convention center or campus.

I felt that the pillows and bed were rock-hard. That is my only complaint. But I sleep on a pillowtop bed at home, so most beds that aren't a pillowtop will be. If you have special pillows at home, I would bring them if you can.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Very nice room. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Nice linens and the bath towel sets were plush and large. Breakfast was good.

Hot tub was not hot at all. Probably because the air coming through the bubblers was very cold.

Nice clean bathroom, bed was great! Breakfast area was very clean and the food was fresh and had a nice variety to choose from.

The couch and chairs in our room are quite worn, the office chair was in very tough condition. There is a stain on the carpet in front of the television.

Room was huge! Plenty of space. Great quick breakfast that had more than enough choices. A lot of room in there also. Clean and sanitary throughout the building. Easy easy easy access to the parking area and plenty amenities close by.

I really like the location. It was not far from things that I wanted to do. Easy to get on to IN20 and IN31. Like that it was away from all the major traffic. Room was great, it was what I needed.

friendly evening staff helped us check in. we had five kids and two adults for five rooms. The rooms were large and comfortable with a couch and microwave and fridge which made things easier. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. the kids loved the pool area even tho it was crowded that day

The staff was amazing friendly and well mannered.

If I had anything I didn’t like it would have been the elevator made a weird noise on the 3rd floor.

Pool area and room could have been a little cleaner and it would have been nice to have a spare sheet and blanket for the pull out couch/bed. The continental breakfast wasn’t kept up with. There was always something missing and we only ate there one out of two days. Eggs were out, then sausages and milk for cereal. It was challenging.

The property was nice and peaceful. Staff was friendly and kept you supplied with towels without asking.

The toilet in our bathroom had poop on the inside.
