Very modern, clean place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room smelled amazing during the whole stay. It’s located in a centric area so everything is close. Definitely coming back on warmer days so we can enjoy the pool area.

The walls are a little thin and the events room had some parties during the weekend, nothing that bothered us but you may take into consideration if you don’t like it.

The Food & Service are always exceptional! The rooms are spacious and clean. The Quiergo restaurant is always a pleasure with live music.

The room was very nice, but we couldn’t drink coffee only one cup was available need to be 2, need to have drinking water available it was only one bottle available. Bathroom didn’t body lotion. Restaurant food was ok, salad, coliflower, beens and guacamole were very good but we ordered carne asada the beef was terrible we just couldn’t eat it.

Beautiful property, the room was filled with beautiful artwork, quality finishes and decorated beautifully. The restaurant was very attentive and served an excellent breakfast. Was very pleasantly surprised by everything and this quiet little gem hotel.

All of the food was fantastic. The service personnel were exceptional. Every one of them. Good location. Good neighborhood.

Not the fault of the property, but on Saturday night there was a very loud party in the room next door that lasted almost all night.

Rooms are very big and bed was super comfy. The onsite restaurant is fantastic.

Room 6 was very noisy. It's closest to the street so you hear the traffic all day, also close to the door staff enters so you can hear them come in and out, and finally it is a connecting room, so you can hear everything the guests say in the room next door.

I liked everything my sweet was amazing. The staff was amazing, very friendly, very knowledgeable of their guest very patient because I am learning Spanish right now and they were very helpful

The only complaint I have is housekeeping needs to clean the shower heads up top

We were sad that no notification was sent letting us know that we wouldn’t have access to the pool. The swimming pool was under service maintenance for the entire time that we stayed and initially we booked here to enjoy quality time by the pool because it looked nice, clean and cozy and we couldn’t really enjoy due being closed for service and we didn’t know until after we paid. A nice credit for future stay would be nice or discount but No discount were offer or credit for future staying. bummer we were disappointed ☹️ we were looking forward for the pool.

I loved everything about this place! It’s a diamond in the rough. This is probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed at! The restaurant is amazing- everything we ate was fantastic. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable!

There isn’t a single thing I didn’t like. Everything was top notch!

Love that the rooms have little patios to be able to be outside. Staff is super friendly and welcoming.
