The hotel interior is beautiful, with high attention to detail. Everything was very clean. The view from the room (even the bed) and balcony was breathtaking, amazing view of the surrounding mountains, and in the evening, once they are illuminated, you can see the outline of 2 castles and the highland 179 bridge.

Breakfast can feel a bit busy and crowded when the hotel is fully booked, and for some items (like pancakes) you have to arrive early enough, otherwise you might not come across them later. :)

Good hotel a little out from center Reutte. The room was spacious with a balcony and windows on 2 sides, which helped with ventilation (no air conditioning). Comfortable bed, bathroom with separate toilet. We had a defective shower, which was fixed by the staff in less than 30 minutes, fantastic! Great breakfast buffet in a spacious restaurant area, which also offers good dining in the evening. Spa area with sauna and turkish bath.

Main drawback was the lack of a fridge in the room, there's no way to keep a cool bottle of water on hand.

Big room, good view, big bathroom, bathrobe and towels for spa provided, good breakfast. Good smell in the room, location pretty okay. Good a double room for one person for a good price.

No body lotion or shower cap in the room, sauna pretty tight, cleaning lady turned of the heating. Not sure if eggs were really just eggs or stretched with milk or somewhat (i should have asked). Didn‘t notice my birthday - for a 4 star hotel they should know.

Great location for those passing through Neuschwanstein Castle, Fussen and the Romantic Route, and want to stop in a beautiful place to rest. Great restaurant in the hotel, great breakfast. Nearby is Forte Claudia which is beautiful and our room had a view of the kitchens with the fort.

During the night the temperature drops and we don't feel the need for cooling, but there could be a fan available in each room as there is no air conditioning.

We used this hotel as a pitstop, it would be suitable also for a few days exploring. The staff were really excellent, both friendly and professional. We had a very lovely room on the top floor with amazing views of the mountains. Room was a decent size with large bathroom ensuite. Restaurant was first class. Free car parking which is always a bonus.

Car park does fill up quickly so be aware of that. The breakfast is traditionally Austrian as you might expect, but it was a bit dry for my tastes.

Let me please share the feedback about hotel Moserhof. 🙂 My family and myself have only positive emotions. We were on holidays and for us it was leisure. We spent in the hotel 3 wonderful nights. Hotel itself equipped with everything what is for us important - spacious rooms, restaurant, jacuzzi, sauna, steam cabin, fireplace etc. The interior of the hotel in a wooden style, that gives some warm and relax. Our room with balcony was very comfortable, cozy and neat. Room and bathroom were clean and fresh. Our children enjoyed a lot being there after very active day. The hotel's personnel is polite and very friendly, they also can speak English. They are willing to help whatever you are asking for. Especially lady at the reception helped us much to find a place with snow for skiing and sledging, she called to different locations and finally found for us nice location with snow. Unfortunately this winter almost no snow everywhere. In the restaurant we took breakfast and family dinner by halfpension system. Food and variety of food are really good. The chance to come back to this hotel is very high. I would definitely recommend that hotel!

Cleanliness and condition of the building are key for us when booking a hotel. Hotel Moserhof is a beautiful, clean hotel in a fantastic location. Facilities are excellent. Comfortable, good sized room. Wide selection to choose from for breakfast.

Restaurant a bit pricey for dinner. Couldn't see any allergy information for breakfast items.

This was truly the Bavarian experience we were looking for. This hotel was wonderfully cosy and warm decorated in Bavarian decor. We were greeted by Eva whom I corresponded with prior to my stay and she we friendly and really made us feel welcomed escorting us up directly to our room. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the snow topped mountains. It was spectacular. The floors in the bathroom were heated which was a very nice on cold mornings and in the middle of the night. The food in the restaurant was excellent and the service was friendly and warm. This was our best experience of our trip.

Everything! The staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful - special praise to Angelika, who was so kind and efficient. We had an enormous room with a balcony; lovely comfortable bed and two good pillows each. The hotel has a terrace with a view over to the mountains - fab to sit here relaxing with a drink. Food delicious and plentiful, especially the salad bar. First class.

No fridge in the room, but milk and ice were readily forthcoming. Also no kettle in the room but when we asked one was immediately provided.,

Great but missing the necessities of the hotel of this level: no body cream, no shampoo, no bath robe for the sauna, no slippers. So I missed that for this level of hotel. It should be given as standard procedure.
