Moderate rooms have spacious bathrooms, the on-site laundry was handy, and we liked the in room seating / table set up, with a view over station and hills. Good to access train nearby to see surrounding area. Helpful and welcoming staff.

Not a big deal but having the bed against the wall meant partner had to clamber out the end (not impossible, but awkward). I guess for the total room size, a generous bathroom makes up for that.

We stayed one night as we were picking up our rental car in Koriyama. The Hotel is modern, comfortable, clean and right near the station (you can see it as you come out of the station). The staff were helpful and pleasant and it was a comfortable way to start our trip. Short walk of 8 mins to Toyota Rent a Car. Would stay again if passing through this pleasant town.

Nothing. Good, well appointed hotel in great location

This is a really nice business class hotel. I've not stayed at the Daiwa chain before, but this branch at least was really nice. I had a real window overlooking Koriyama Station and the AC very quickly cooled off the room, so we were able to sleep well. (We checked in very late, around 10:00 pm)

This is not the hotel's fault, but Booking had me in a single because my tween is 12, but the hotel didn't realize I was traveling with a 12 year old. I had put my tween's age into Booking when searching for a room because I know some hotels charge for children in Japan.

We've stayed here before, it's right across the street from JR Koriyama Station. It's a good business hotel, with decent AC and our room was non-smoking like we requested. The rooms aren't huge, but it's a business hotel, and I wouldn't expect them to be. The price was commiserate with expectations.

Great location right across the train station, yet it’s very quiet. Close to all bars and restaurants. The staff was very nice, kept our luggage before check in and also gave us an alternative room since we accidentally ordered a smoking room. Recommended.

Location perfect. Literally across the road from the train station and in the heart of the town. 7/11 store in hotel so prefect. Staff fabulous. Breakfast poor for Europeans.

Double room very small fir two adults. Would suggest upgrade to bigger room. Beds hard but that could be a personal choice. Okay fir one night but we were there for four so not ideal.

Location is great, being just directly opposite the Shinkansen station, could literally see the hotel the moment we exited the station. Breakfast was spread was great and a good deal for the price we had. Loved our room which offered a view of the station, city, and scenes beyond - kudos to the check-in team!

Kettle in the room made a strange noise when boiling.

You can't beat the location - very close to Koriyama Station.

When booking, we said there were 4 adults and a 10 year old child (yes, we gave the age). We were given 2 rooms with only one bed, we couldn't get a room with 2 beds so it wasn't a comfortable night sleeping.

Good touch to link the breakfast with another restaurant one floor down from the lobby. Simple but adequate breakfast. Nice bathroom facilities. Friendly staff....but wish they are more prepared to communicate in English.

Nothing really, bearing in mind its room rate, location etc.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff were wonderful. Amenities were plentiful. Location was fab - right next to train station and lots of places to eat. Convenience store in building on lower floor.

I liked everything about this property.
