Close to metro, nice interior, cosy rooms, comfy bed, good shower.

At afternoon a worker opened door while we slept and tried to enter the room, the administrator told that is our own fault, as we did not put "do not disturb" sign. It feels that belongings are not safe. Moreover, in the morning 2 cleaning workers where extra load speaking to each other, bouncing doors and when we asked to be more silent as people sleep, a man tried to enter the room and with unhappy face telling "we work here". Literally very rude staff.

Very convenient for Gare de Nord and Gare de L’Est. Clean and quiet. This is my 4th or 5th stay at this hotel. Well priced for Paris. Receptionists speak some English. Nice bistro conveniently located next door.

I had breakfast for the first time and it seemed a bit overpriced. Some single rooms are very small. Heating is not set high enough. It snowed and was below freezing. The receptionist said they weren’t allowed to increase the heat above 23oC but it was much colder in the room. I ended up buying a hot water bottle at the pharmacy opposite to be able to keep the bed warm enough.

Hotel is situated right next to Gare de l'Est station, and less than 10 mins walk to Gare du Nord, which was very convenient as we arrived at one and left from the other. Also easy metro journey to the city centre. We got a free upgrade to a privilege room which was a very nice bonus. Very comfortable! Staff were super-friendly, breakfast was great. They also have good luggage storage if you are leaving later in the day.

Fridge wasn't working but we didn't need it.

It has a lift! So less hassle for those with luggages. The room is clean and spacious enough for a couple. Bed is comfy. Really near the train station, so it’s a great place to stay overnight prior to traveling back to London at Gare du Nord station.

The room gets really warm for us at night and there’s no way for us to adjust the temperature. If we open the balcony doors, the noise from outside is too much to bear. When we used the kettle, we got a call from the lobby that it’s triggering the smoke detector and we should open the balcony doors… they should not have placed the kettle directly under the smoke detector, especially since it’s fixated and no way to the kettle.. 🤦‍♂️

They overbooked me and I loved that I was in a double room with a lot of space and a large bathroom. I particularly loved the bathroom cause it was specious and super clean. The staff was very nice and helpful, I loved that there is always someone at all times so one feels safe and cared for. I was able to ask for an invoice as requested for my company and to get it the next day with all the details requested so I could tell that the staff communicates well between each other and place the guest's requests at the center.

Unfortunately since we are close to the train station, we can feel and hear the trains passing by and maybe it was because I was on the first floor but I found it disturbing. I would recommand requesting a room on a higher floor if you are a light sleeper like me.

Nice simple hotel with all basics you expect from a hotel room. Very convenient location with metro just outside hotel and main station (Eurostar) short easy walk away. Good options to eat outside the hotel.

You can hear all the traffic below. Emergancy vehicles with their sirens on 24/7. Very rough area with homeless and beggers all around. I didn't have any issues with the noise or locals but just something to call out if you are particularly susceptible to these things. Location makes up for it

Spotless rooms, comfortable beds, helpful staff and a very safe location in a bit of a dodgy part of town. We were upgraded to a superior, big room on arrival with a beautiful view of the main station square. Also loved that coffee and robes were provided, which is a very nice touch.

If you’re a light sleeper, note that the metro runs directly under the building so you can faintly hear trains pulling in and out of the platforms. If this bothers you, request a room higher in the building (we were on floor 2).

Very close from two train stations: Gare du Nord (only a 10 min walk) and in front of Gare de l'Est (about two minutes by walk). You have several fast food places around the hotel too and a supermarket right next to it (Monop') . Only a couple minutes away from several train & metro stations.

The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the bathroom was infested with several ants. Not a massive issue but I had already reported this to Libertel during my feedback to them.

Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly. Very close to the station we needed for our morning train with lots of eateries in the area to grab an evening meal. There's also a little grocery shop next to the hotel that was good for getting some snacks.

Just be aware that this is a little boutique type hotel, so the rooms are very small. This wasn't an issue for us as we were only there for one night. The shower is quite cramped so just be ready to avoid whacking your elbows on the shower tap.

Shamin, the receptionist was very very helpful and friendly - we are disappointed we forgot to give him a tip :( He gave us a free upgrade given that it was our 25th wedding anniversary. He also moved quickly on rectifying the bad smell in our room - see below.

There was a musty smell in our bedroom on entry. The smell got worse over night - we think this was because of the air conditioning, a technician rectifed the issue. I feel it would have been beneficial on arrival, if we were told breakfast time, that there was a sitting area between reception and the breakfast room and a toilet in the breakfast area. I just happened upon these myself. There was a pane of glass from the bathroom to the bedroom and so when someone put on the bathroom light, the bedroom would get illuminated - very shocking in the middle of the night. The cover on the shower tray plug hole is a real slip hazard as it moves as soon as you step on it - don't know how this could be rectified.
