We love the location, adjacent to a Hili Mall. Services of staff are amazing especially those rendered by receptionists Ms Evie and Asim. They are both very helpful during check in and check out. Ms Evie also granted extension till 2pm on our last day which made our stay even relaxing as our little one was able to take a nap before driving back to Abu Dhabi City. I enjoyed the work out in the gym, it is has huge and well maintained facilities. Swimming pool is also very good. Food in Element restaurant have full of varieties, very delectable too. Bed is very comfortable, had a very restful sleep. Overall, an amazing 5 Star hotel in the heart of the city. Very accessible to most tourists attractions. Hospitality is among the bests, thanks to Evie, Asim and all staff at Elements restaurant for making our stay memorable, relaxing and fun. We will be back soon.

There should be more than one to recognize here, let's start with Mohammad at the front desk. Thanks for the upgrading suggestion. Chef Shreyas at the egg counter. Although the hotel's breakfast is below average, very less options in the buffet. The second day there were Idli Sambar (obviously made by a kerala chef) as idli was so thick that I can kill someone with it and Sambar only had BIG chunks of VEGGIES and zero taste. Thanks to Shreyas, the egg made us survive. We ordered cappuccino and after 3 minutes the coffee turned into something else. All the froth was gone. I can go on and on about breakfast blunders. The kitchen team, I'm sorry but you are the only ones, pulling the scores down. Pay attention to your breakfast menu, PLEASE. I love the shisha place near the pool, the guy by name Alm... sorry I forgot his name but the chap is from Mumbai was very helpful and friendly. Binod at the bell desk, thank you for being so responsive and attentive. Ratna at the house keeping, thank you for cleaning our room. Overall a very relaxing stay!

Breakfast, very sad. Half cooked food, chefndishes were getting over heated and food getting rubber but no one cares.

Amidst a sudden onset of inclement weather, my family sought shelter at Hili Rayhaan Rotana and what a haven it proved to be! From the moment we arrived, we were met with exceptional service and care. Graciously, their compassionate staff - Evie or Eve, provided us with a complimentary upgrade to our room, ensuring our comfort during our stay. This unexpected gesture immediately elevated our experience. Throughout our time there, every request we made was promptly and attentively catered to by the dedicated staff, who went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Despite the challenging weather conditions outside, the hotel offered a serene sanctuary. The rooms were spacious, immaculate, and provided a sense of warmth and comfort that was much appreciated. Overall, our experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the complimentary upgrade to the prompt service, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

It was totally clean. The decoration is nice. The room is fully furniture equipped. High level of security. The restaurant was great and food great for all flavors. The staff was helpful and faster response. The sweat was suitable for a family of five members. Luxury stay is exceptional there.

The swimming pool, the most important facility, was closed, so kids were angry. The price is over abit compared to other hotels. No green areas around the hotel. I need extra visit to discover completely. TV should be have YouTube installed from playstore.

I liked almost everything about this property! The breakfast was delicious with high quality cheeses and a very big range of foods. It was so clean! The staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating! The bed was very comfortable and there was a small playground for the children next to the swimming pool. There's also a play area in the mall - it's a little bit pricey but nice for summer when it's too hot to play outside. The lulu center had everything we needed and more!

There wasn't much of a view, but it didn't really matter to me.

Spacious room, clean, basement parking, mall, helpful and friendly staff, special thanks to Abdulrahman and Esraa from the reception, even offered late checkout, which was great. All staff were helpful, attentive, and willing to help all the time with a smile. I will be booking this hotel more often as I visit Alain.

Breakfast was great. Rooms are big, comfortable. Location is good.

In the check-in, we were informed by the staff that our rooms will be ready by 3pm, then we highlighted that per our booking check in shall be 2pm. Then immediately , around 2.10pm, we got our rooms. Staff shall be aware of the bookings and respective timing to make guests comfortable, not to keep them in the lobby, unnecessarily.

Staff were friendly, helpful and always pleased to help or assist.The room was large, well equipped and clean, nice comfortable bed and excellent range if tv channels.Room service dining was particularly good and very reasonably priced.Good location with direct interior access to a mall with further dining choices, a supermarket and,a good range of retail outlets.The spa was good, a steam room, jacuzzi and sauna plus other services such as a morrocan bath room and more

The staff were beyond helpful, respectful, friendly and accommodating to our needs. Truly, some of the nicest hotel staff I have ever come across. Everybody continously made sure we were comfortable and satisfied with everything. The hotel is extremely clean and especially the bathrooms. I really cannot express how clean everything is. I really liked how the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub which is not common in other hotels. The location is the best out of any other hotel in Alain. It has a direct entrance to Hili Mall which is very convenient. I also really enjoyed the room decor, colour and design. We were there on business but we saw the pool is very big and there is an outdoor and indoor restaurant. It was a very lovely stay and I recommend it to everyone. I will definitely be coming back soon. Thank you.
