The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. I had help from the staff in carrying the heavy luggage to the second level. It was much appreciated. The location is good, although not spectacular. There was easy access to Coastal Route 1 and not far from 107 and the 405. Plenty of restaurants nearby and in Hermosa Beach.

No coffee maker in the room, it's in the office (although we did have bottles of water in the room). Our room was on the second level, which is not convenient with heavy bags and bad legs. Would have appreciated a lower level room, but alas.

The property is not glamorous, but I knew that when I booked my stay. My biggest concern in booking a room is the cleanliness. My room was very clean and was cleaned every day. The person in the office was nice. I had everything I needed: hair dryer; iron and ironing board; plenty of towels, small refrigerator, microwave, tv, desk, and queen-sized bed. It was a short distance to Manhattan Beach and had many stores and restaurants nearby. The road is a little busy, so I did hear some traffic noise, but it wasn’t bad.

I had trouble figuring out the TV channels, and the tv wasn’t huge, but I only used the tv right before bed. This isn’t in a location where you’ll stay in your room watching tv.

I was in room 49 which had a kitchenette that was spacious with a 2 burner gas stove. The decor was nice as if recently updated. I could not find a coffee pot so went out for breakfast early to get coffee. This was a good solution for me so I did not ask for a coffee maker to be supplied. The motel is convenient to many businesses within a mile or two. I wanted a specific one, so I did not check the local 1-2 blocks I could have walked to, but just drove the mile to my favorite. The clientele seemed like my neighbors at home. The motel is close to Manhattan Beach and Redondo Beach areas. I visited the Redondo Beach Pier but not Manhattan Beach this time. I was there for family matters. The bathroom and shower were very nice; larger than many for the same sized bedroom. The closet was ample and had enough hangers for several days' clothes. The parking lot was small but adequate for cars and regular SUV's.

My last 2 nights, I could hear the neighbor's tv running in the wee hours of the night; noise maximal at bathroom wall but could be heard as a low roar from the bed. I did not complain since I could sleep, and the tv was not terribly loud. Again, this was only noted my last 2 nights there. I don't know what could have been done if that guest really wanted to watch tv at 4 am.

Room was clean. The parking lot for the Motel has plenty of parking available. There are many restaurants ( chick-fil-A right next door ) as well as mini marts walking distance. There is also a bar at the corner of the motel that is a good place.

There isn’t really much to say that me or my family think could have been better. Motel isn’t the most modern style but perfect for staying if you only choose a few overnight stays and are mainly out.

One of the reasons that the motel is so nice is that the people and town of Redondo Beach and the beach cities are so nice and accommodating. That makes for a pleasant, overall trip. There is a Starbucks and Chick Fillet within easy walking distance (and probably other convenient eateries, etc.) The beach cities are crowded with traffic. It might not be a bad idea to learn the transit system.

What I didn't like was that there was not adequate parking for all the guests. But there is plenty of parking on Artesia Boulevard and on the side streets. Also, you can park off the street at the library on Green Lane all night long but you have to moved your car by 7:30 a.m. (I checked that out with the staff at the North Branch of the Redondo Beach Library.)

From the very friendly reception to the equally friendly checkout, the staff were all friendly. Some of the parking is covered, which was really nice. The room was clean and everything worked (including the wifi.) It is a short drive to the beach. Quiet area which seems very safe. The rooms all look out on the parking area with a courtyard feel. The price was very reasonable! I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again!

Everything was more than satisfactory! The parking is limited, but even if I had to park on the street outside it would have been fine. Street parking might not be as convenient but not bad.

What a gem! I was in the South Bay for a few days on my own dime so I was looking for something affordable. I lived a few blocks away for 9 years and vaguely remember driving by this motel. I never would have thought of staying there except that it had Excellent ratings on booking.com. It is one of those old school motels I remember staying in when I was a kid with 2 levels and parking in the center. However, it was way nicer than I was expecting. The room was nicely upgraded with laminate flooring (no nasty carpet), a fridge, microwave and TV and a very clean bathroom with a walk in shower. This will be my go to lodging anytime I am in the area.

The room was big! We were pleasantly surprised. It had a whole sitting room as well, and a large bathroom. We enjoyed our stay a lot; it was great to have all that space to open our bags, because we stayed here before leaving for a big trip to Japan. The hotel was also within walking distance of lots of convenient things. Restaurants, coffee shops, and a CVS pharmacy were all less than a 5 minute walk. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The place was super clean the management was very friendly and responsive to any issues. The room received maid service every day. The location was a little bit out of the way but on the bus line and I was able to get to some of the places I wanted to go. The room was very large and had a fridge and microwave. The room was also a very good condition.

There was no coffee maker in the room but they did provide coffee at the front desk once it opened. The bed was not very comfortable.

The maid service was exceptional they changed your linen everyday including towels. The staff in the front were always very nice

There's really no negatives, people complain about parking while it is limited there is space on the street the neighborhood is very safe centrally located in redondo easy access to pier, beach, and freeways, stores etc.
