The location is exceptional the breakfast was marvellous. The size of the room was OK.

In the hotel page I have seen parkett floors and booked the room. after the booking and payment I have written to the staff that I have a strong dust allergy and asked for the type of the room they said it is a carpet room and did not make any change in my reservation. I had to stay extra antihistamin to be able to stay in the room. Please check your room type before confirming your room. They have written an answer but did not offer an upgrade or a paid solution I was ready to take. In general the room was very clean but with the whole floor carpet in a brown colour you can never be sure on the cleaning made. Additionally there is no lift for carrying your luggage to the second floor.

This hotel is conveniently situated just a 10-minute walk from both Prague's main railway station and the enchanting old city center, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Good breakfast. The hotel also features a fantastic inside yard, which offers a serene chill zone. The staff at Hotel Museum deserve a special mention for their incredible service. During our stay, my wife unfortunately lost an earring. However, the staff went above and beyond by not only finding it but also sending it back to me via post. This act of kindness and dedication to customer service truly impressed me. Overall, my stay at Hotel Museum was exceptional. With its perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and outstanding service, I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague. It's definitely a place I would love to return to.

This hotel was in the perfect location, within walking distance of everything we needed. The value for money was excellent, especially with breakfast included—and they restocked the food generously. The room itself was a work of art, featuring a beautiful old-style design and an incredible view. On top of that, the staff was the friendliest, even allowing us to leave our luggage after checkout. Overall, a fantastic stay—I highly recommend it!

Honestly, I can't think of anything negative

Really good choice considering the price (~€100 total per person for 4 nights). Convenient location next to the city's main avenue and close to the metro station. Convenient system that uses a code to access all doors, not worrying if you lose your card. The room was spacious and always warm (almost too warm!) always with hot water available with a nice view. Breakfast exceeded our expectations and has everything you'll need to start your day. Once something was running out, it was quickly topped up by staff. The Nespresso coffee machine was also a nice addition.

Too much road noise when opening the windows.

My train to Prague was delayed, so I checked in really late. Luckily, they sent me the passcode for the room and the entrance after I completed the online check-in, so we were able to stay at the hotel without any issues. The hotel was pretty close to the station, and I really liked their breakfast! In addition, the receptionist was really helpful and had a great attitude!

It would be better if a lift were provided.

The room was very spacious, nice hotel, helpful receptionist, excellent breakfast. I might appreciate a standard closet in the room as opposed to just a simple hanger. The furniture in the room was a bit worn out. I might suggest replacing the sofa with a new one as it was not very comfortable for sitting and it felt a bit itchy. The room was nicely heated.

I might have two issues - first, the carpet in the room really needed a deep cleaning or should be replaced because there were old stains on it. Second, I suppose the elderly people or people who suffered a leg injury might have difficulties to enter the bathtub as it required to take very big step to get inside it.

There was plenty of space and the room came with tea and coffee which was a nice added touch. Breakfast was super tasty and inclusive of those with diet restrictions (vegan milk options, gluten free bread). It was a quiet stay overall and there was an aircon and fridge too.

The room I stayed in had an extra bed in the main entrance room but there was only one curtain panel covering the entrance. So if you had the light on at night, you could see straight into the room. Didn't feel appropriate and there wasn't a way to safely walk around without worrying someone could see you. I don't consider this safe especially if you're a solo woman traveler. Also, the room had spiders in almost every single corner. I don't mind spiders since they keep other bugs out but they were *everywhere*. Some people don't mind this but if you have issues with bugs, it may not be an option for you.

Everything was perfect! Lovely spacious room with coffee machine, fridge, hair dryer, space for coats and shoes, comfortable bed and great view. Breakfast was also outstanding. Great selection of everything and anything you may fancy! Great coffee and friendly and helpful staff. Also, nice big shower. I would stay there again next time I am in Prague. The location is also convenient-walking distance to the train station and tube station, only round the corner from the hotel with easy access to the airport.

Location was great, beside main pedestrian street in Central Prague and easy walking distance to Old Town. Its, beside the main road, it is so easy for taxi pick-ups. There are plenty of Lime scooters nearby to hire. Lots of great bars and restaurants nearby. The rooms were big and clean, easily accommodated our large group. Hotel was very quiet at night. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Could do with an extra pillow for each bed.

The location was right at the center near the National Museum and all the public transport was close as well as restaurant chains, cafes, mini markets and other shops. The staff was really kind and ansewred any question I had regarding their local currency and the public transportation. Finally the breakfast tasted really good and fullfilling with all the necessary breakfast foods and coffee variety too.
