Staff were very helpful and friendly. The layout of the room is perfect and has a kitchenette but I didn't get to use it. Beds are very comfortable too. The hotel is only 5 mins walk from the train station and walkable distance to the center.

Stayed in two different rooms on two different days, but both bathrooms have problems with the shower unit (shower door didn't shut properly so water seeping through and also noticed some water damage to the skirting boards in both bathrooms). The hotel just needs a bit of updating e.g. kitchen cabinets are falling apart and some cigarette marks on curtains.

Stayed in a studio room for 5 day visit to Nantes. Everyone and everything exceeded expectations. The studio was immaculate and well thought out. It truely was my apartment for the week. Lots of windows, close to transportation ( all easily walked) walk into town walk to botanical gardens, train station and tram. Loved there was staff 24/7 who also spoke English as well! Breakfast was excellent, 24hr coffee was very nice. Felt very safe for female travelling solo. When the airlines put their pilots there to stay, you know its good! Highly recommend.

The size of the room is great for a family of 3. The locations is so handy to reach. The only thing I did not like is that there was some left over food in the microwave , probably it was not checked by the cleaner but otherwise I am satisfied with everything. It is lovely that there is little kitchenette and all the things you want to use for food.

I visited Nantes for a conference for the first time. I arrived very late at night, but the personnel were excellent, very helpful, friendly, and reassuring. The room conditions were very good; it was clean and fully equipped. The breakfast was great as well. The personnel were kind enough to help me with my travel arrangements and assisted me in navigating an unfamiliar city. The surrounding area was also very good and in good proximity from all the important areas of interest. They even offered to help me after I had checked out. As I left in a tremendous hurry, I forgot to ask for a receipt. Nevertheless, I received it the same day via email without even asking. Therefore, apart from vacation, this hotel is also an excellent choice for business travel. The overall experience was amazing, and I would love to visit again and stay longer next time.

Nothing bad to say

Super location, just by the castle and nearby the train station. Nantes is a vibrant city with plenty to see and do. This was a practical base to explore from. The room was spacious, clean and flexible (all the furniture was on wheels!) and very well-equipped with both shower and bathtub, kitchenette, dining table, and ironing board.

It was a very practical room, but a little charmless. Not the most comfortable, but fine. The furniture was a little bit worn in places, but it had everything we needed.

The room was huge, I think we may have been given an upgrade. The Rugby world cup was on and there was a real buzz and vibe around Nantes whilst we were there. The accommodation was excellent, I would wholly recommend it, the staff were great and it's very central to the train station, trams and town.

Breakfast was quite expensive for what was available, not a great choice, you would be much better just walking into town and paying half the price for double the amount

The room was clean, quiet and well equipped. The instructions for the conditions of use of the equipment are very clearly explained. The staff is very kind and willing to help you even if it was not part of their duties. At breakfast, enough products for all tastes and the most pleasant thing was that you could make your own fresh fruit juice.

You could see inside through the shower door (quite uncomfortable if you have children). A sink should be installed in the toilet (the room where I stayed did not have such a thing).

For a busy city such as Nantes I believe this is a very good find :) ) great location and security too ! Staff are available 24 / 7 & I found them all to be extremely professional , efficient and friendly. Also , they had a sauna and mini gym :)

Layout of room could have been better thought out !!! however bathroom was lovely with a bath tub ! I guess not all rooms are identical so I just speak from my own experience, I had no view which I didn’t expect , however they could have made it more attractive by having proper blackout blinds and white voile curtains ! Just anything that looked better than what was there! Also , I had actually expected automatic shutters perhaps 🤔

We had a room with one double bed and 2 single beds. The room was very clean and even had a little kitchen in it which is always nice. The outside walls are windows with a lot of light blocking curtains. The bathroom was clean but not my style. There were separate doors in the entrance hall to block the noise from the shard floor for further sound proofing and privacy.

The 2 single beds were couch beds which are not the most comfortable, compared to the double bed in the same room. The bathroom style. The street noise was noticeable since they only have one layer of window instead of 2 like in most noisier streets.

The young female receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and although we didn’t avail ourselves of the kitchen facilities, they looked very good, should you wish to self-cater.

The door on the shower opened inwards which meant closing it was quite difficult once inside. This is a health and safety issue because it would be very easy to hit the tap and be sprayed with very hot water!
