The room is big enough and very clean. It's basic, even with no TV. This is the conception of the owner and I totally agree with him. We needed a stay for just 1 night and it was perfect to have "piece of mind". Wi-Fi is available anyway. The breakfast was basic too, but enough as a breakfast, no complaints. The place is very quiet since it's on the territory of a big farm. An unexpected bonus: a local brewery is also located here. Very tasty beers at a reasonable price. The owner is very friendly, we had pleasant and useful discussions. We got a lot of useful information about the attractions around.

Booked the family room for a family of 4, that is like a small apartment within the B&B, with 2 separate rooms and bathroom. The room is in very good conditions and very quiet. The owner is very friendly and welcoming. He will give you recommendations on where to go for dinner nearby and what visits you can do in the area. And he's spot on it!. Breakfast is very good, with home made jams from local produce as well as homemade bread. I would recommend Forest Farm while visiting the area, specially if you are visiting Monet’s house.

Forest Farm is located in a quiet and small village, surrounded by the woods, which features a good reunnionaise restaurant and a typical french boulangerie. The location is strategic if you plan to visit Monet's house and garden in Givency. We stayed just for one night in a perfectly renewed private cottage with 4 beds, 2 bedrooms, a wide bathroom and a kitchen: everything was clean and the rooms were wide and comfortable. The host welcomed us warmly and was always kind and available to us. We largely enjoyed the abundant breakfast with local products and a great filtered coffee, a detail that I personally appreciated a lot. We wish we could've stayed longer!

We had a very good stay and particularly enjoyed biking the ca. 4 km. to Giverny (BIG downhill to get there, and of course a big climb to get back!). The room was somewhat spartan, but fine for us. Carl was gregarious and helpful, and the brewpub at the back of the property was an added bonus! Make a reservation in the village's only restaurant if you want to be able to walk to dinner.

The breakfast was at a big shared table and we didn't see some of the breakfast options (didn't get passed to us) until too late. But what we had was delicious.

We had the little former village bakery, which was made into a cottage, to spend the night on our way home. An absolutely charming and cosy place with comfortable beds, and all we needed, a very good breakfast and a super nice and welcoming host, who gave us very good advice. It is close to Giverny - in case one would like to visit, but nice and quiet in the countryside. We would love to come again.

The property is really agreeable. It’s located in a really cute village with a very good reunion cuisine restaurant just 200 m from Forrest Farm. Carl, the host, is really nice and very helpful with a lot of information about the region and the area and things to visit. If you are going to Giverny , I suggest that you stay over there. The price of the room is very reasonable. They are extremely charming, and the breakfast that Carl offers in the morning is great. You have croissant, bread and other delicacy from the nearby bakery. Carl also serves you homemade jams which are delicious . If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city and you just want to relax and slow down and enjoy the countryside, I really suggest to go there.

Our family of two adults and two teenagers had an excellent stay. We visited Monet's garden and drove for about 10 minutes to Forrest Farm. We had a small cottage that was clean and comfortable and gave us privacy. The cottage had two bedrooms. The owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. I was amazed by the speed of response. The breakfast was perfect for us, and we were able to eat outside in a pretty garden. Our stay was real value for money. We will happily book again.

Location is nice of course having a car is a must. Great breakfast offered (typical French style). Nice forest just next to it.

It’s clean but not “hotel clean”. Upon arrival there was poop smear marks left on the inside of the toilets. Otherwise it was relatively clean and the owner apologized (and blamed the new cleaning lady which was weird).

This is our second trip to Forest Farm—the first was pre-pandemic. It was every bit as lovely as we remembered. The location in a small village and the gardens are charming and peaceful. Our host, Carl, made sure we had all we needed, and helped us make reservations for dinner at a nearby restaurant. Surprisingly, despite the rural setting, there is a small brewpub selling handcrafted beers, and boasting a patio with an expansive view, just a 100 yards away, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast is expansive and tasty, with locally sourced breads, pastries, fruits, yogurt, cheeses, and preserves. Monet’s garden is just a few kilometers away, but FF is a world apart from the buses and traffic in town.

It can be a tiny bit tricky to find—GPS get’s you near the entrance but will send you past the driveway. Look for the sign as you get close. The bedroom decor is bit dated, but never mind—the beds and rooms are comfortable.

Rustic atmosphere and location. Very helpful and friendly host. Very good breakfast with delicious local produce. Plenty of free parking at the front of the house. Big, airy bathroom.

It would have been nice to have had a kettle and facilities to make a hot drink.
