Location, location, location! It is a quiet, unassuming place in a great location - walking distance to the main attractions of the city. Very convenient and comfortable. A big plus is (paid) parking, which in a large city is a must. A nice restaurant with good menu, a pleasant bar area.

The staff was great except the somewhat clueless cleaning staff, who never removed and replaced used coffee/tea cups in the room and forgot to leave toilet paper in the bathroom. Breakfast offered lots of items, but some of them didn't look fresh. Lublin is a city famous for its baked goods, but a selection of bread, rolls, and pastries was skimp and unimpressive.

Very good location in the city center. Quiet and intimate despite a few steps from the main city attractions. Very pleasant and smooth check-in. Room equipment appropriate to the standard of a three-star hotel. Clean. Comfortable bed. The inability to open the window did not bother at all, because the room had very efficient air conditioning. Breakfast in the form of a buffet. Very good cottage cheese spreads and some local products.

There was no fridge in the room. The right shower door could not open all the way due to a collision with the corner of the wall, which made it a bit difficult to get into the shower. The pillows could be feathered. They would be much more comfortable and less bouncy.

Amazing location and superb breakfast with traditional Christmas dishes. The staff was very friendly and even let us know we shouldn't have to hurry with the check out. The room itself was big enough, warm and cozy. The bathroom was great and clean. The bed was okay

In the room itself it could become quite warm quickly, we even needed to use airconditioning to make it a bit more comfortable. Furthermore the fridge was pretty much useless since it takes ages to cool down and when you take the card to go out, the power is switched off. Luckily a second card helped greatly, but still the drinks were not that cold.

My room was very spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was friendly and very chilled. And the buffet-style breakfast was delicious. The location is in the city center, but the room is tranquil. You don't need to worry about the noise from the outside disturbing your sleep...even if it's on a Saturday after Motor Lublin wins their football match and the fans are no doubt going to let the city know about it.

Everything was ok. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Comfort and cleanliness. Bedroom was big and bed super comfortable, bathroom was large and modern . Very clean throughout. Great location. Staff very helpful and friendly. (Just one not as fluent in English, sorry we cannot speak Polish ) Restaurant was great too . Really good food, wine and service. Breakfast was ok

everything was so good 😊 We just struggled a bit with the coffee machine (and could have had a few more capsules and milk) but we asked and it was ok .

The rooms are large, there are possibility to prepare tee and coffee, the bed is comfortable, there is a mini fridge. The location is excellent - close to the city centre, at a quite street.

There is a wall in front of the windows. It turned out that normal rooms have such "views". Only deluxe rooms are with a normal view.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean and featured AC, and the water dispensers on every floor were a nice touch to get cold water whenever desired.

Breakfast was rather limited and plain. The toilet is rather low, which is inconvenient for taller and bigger people. The duvet was very warm, and note that we only had 1 duvet, which was fine for us as a couple but won't be ideal for others.

On the weekend there wasn’t anyone to change the batteries in the safe and the toilet kept running and just like the batteries everything had to wait till Monday when the repair person was there. So as a weekend hotel guest two things didn’t work out for me. The on site staff had a solution for the noisy always running toilet. It was to change rooms so I hauled everything to another room. But in that second room the batteries in the safe were losing power so I dared not risk putting my valuables into that safe.

Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful, with good English.

Wifi was not good everywhere in the hotel (fine in my room though). The room was not oriented towards work -- there was a lot of stuff on the desk and the desk chair wasn't great, but these were very minor points. Overall I am very satisfied.

Everything was excellent - the property itself, the room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was excellent. Kettle and a small coffee machine were a nice bonus. Plus there are boilers with water at the corridors. All in all the hotel exceeded my expectations. Thanks a lot!

There was no possibility to open the window, I felt a lack of fresh air.
