Everything was great, i cannot understand the bad reviews of this place. It's very clean, the rooms have Everything you need, the bed very comfortable, it's quiet, the saff is nice and welcoming both at the reception and restaurant, the food is very good etc So i warmly recommended this place to everybody and always book it again when visiting Rhodes.

The rooms were spacious and clean every time, the staff was super nice and disponible, we could leave the luggage there after check-out for free and they told us to use the bathroom, pool and everything we want to even after the check-out until we need to go to the aiport (It wasn't a luxurious hotel, I wrote my review based on the price of the room)

The breakfast wasn't that good but you could eat enough sandwiches and croissants which didn't have any quality problems

We’re going home in one hour but I just wanna let my feedback bevor i give a bad feedback officially… the hotel boss is still shouting at his employees, we goes on vacation to rest and she is constantly tearing and mobbing on his employees instead of being grateful that despite the fact that the hotel was overcrowded, she did not increase the number of employees ... the quality was also very low because the management ordered only the cheapest products for breakfast which aren’t always freshly. the water wasn’t always warm for shower & the energetic lines went broken few times . no tea maker in room , no iron

The hotel is conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The reception and chicken staff was very friendly. The breakfast offers a variety of products (fruits, cheese, eggs, sausages, sweets, milk, coffee, juice, etc.). The staff is very careful to refill these products during the breakfast. I have observed that the chicken staff has help senior quest with serving the breakfast. The reception staff help me to print the flying tickets (many thanks!). The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is also a nice swimming poll. I recommend this hotel!

Some suggestions: 1. Even if the room was clean I recommend that the shower glass wall and the sinks mirror should be cleaned at least each 2 days; 2. The shower gel dispenser should be refiled during the journay; 3. The refrigerator was very old and noisy during the night.

I really liked the room. It was big enough, it had all the necesities(fridge,A/C, toiletries, balcony) and it was clean and quiet. The breakfast was also tasty and had many options. The pool was very good and very clean during our stay. The hotel is close to the sea and has plenty of restaurants and shops nearby

The Wifi was non existant in the room. It only worked at the reception

The location was excellent,very well positioned close by the shops and restaurants. Hotel was very clean , staff very friendly , and Michellina from the reception was very useful , nice and willing to help. Extremely polite lady !! She helped us throughout our stay at all Times with a smile

Perfect location walking distance from the beach and old town. There are many shops and restaurants around. The hotel is very good for the price. Clean bedroom and comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Only the WiFi is very weak.

The staff is really friendly and very kind (special mentions to Stergia and Despina), once arrived I’ve asked lot of questions about Rhodes, the place to see, the restaurants, etc., they answered all and gave me useful advices. People I’ve met in general were kind and friendly during my stay. The place is well situated not far from the old town and the marina. I highly recommend this hotel. 👍🏼

The breakfast too early for me (I like to sleep a bit more on holidays)

Breakfast was good and stuff was very kind. Swimming pool was ok, sometimes it has too much clorine.

There was no internet in the room (only right next to the door), I said to them every day and they said that they will call internet provider to fix it, but still nothing. Sometimes on the evening there were not hot/warm water (only lukewarm).

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day. Towels and sheets are changed daily. The location is very close to both cafes and restaurants and the beach.
