This was, without a doubt, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. The location is perfect; the hotel is built on the cliffside so it has a spectacular view of the Cala Llonga beach along with quick access to the beach. Their food options are delicious and varied; you can pick between western, Mediterranean, Japanese and Mexican food. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, well-decorated and luxurious. The best thing about the hotel was the service. I have been staying in 5 star hotels around the world for decades and I have never met staff that are so friendly and enthusiastic. They go out of their way to help you, you can have a great conversation with them and they are especially adept at being able to interact with different types of clientele. No cent/penny will be wasted at this hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

This is a spacious, well designed 5 star hotel with possibly the best service ever and amenities for babies / children and adults alike. The location is prime. The breakfast on the terrace is world-class with views of the bay. With all these great aspects, I will still single out the staff as the standout differentiator that made our long weekend truly memorable.

Such a dreamy hotel / spot. Bedroom super roomy and comfortable. Very aesthetically pleasing! Staff and service outstanding - friendly and professional. Really varied restaurants - all delicious and very generous selection for breakfast. All super fresh. Plenty of space around pool area and choice of beds depending on what day you’re looking for (lively / chilled with a good book). The food / drinks and staff at pool are also brilliant. Great quiet spot on the island, beach access a few steps away and regular stop for various boat / Ferry routes up to Ibiza Town, Santa Eulalia and Formentera.

Honestly, wouldn’t have commented unless asked but if I had to give a suggestion I would say updated lifts / more lifts in hotel. Sometimes a bit of a wait when called and very busy. I personally found the humour in it, but I can understand why people could get frustrated.

It’s beautiful! The pool area and access to beach it’s great! Although the beach beds are at an additional charge which we thought would be included in the hotel. The bar area and cafe on site are beautifully designed, the bedrooms are cute too with a lot of space

I think holding the beach beds for minimum spend should only apply to the cabanas not the beach beds! We came down one day to sunbathe and all the beds were empty because the minimum spend was too high but they wouldn’t let anyone sit anyway so the vibe at the pool was a bit dead

We didn’t try the breakfast. It was extremely expensive and in the other hotel HYDE. 42 euro per person.

No sink facility in the main area No kettle or cups for tea or coffee

The interior is extremely stylish like the other Mondrians we have stayed at. We had a one bedroom suite - phenomenal space, two bathrooms, great view of the sea and quiet. Staff were super welcoming and special shout out to Martin, made sure we had a amazing table for a beach club reservation. Gym is great and very modern, you are pretty much on top of a awesome beach! And the bar has pretty much every spirit you need! Plus during check out the team were awesome, allowed us to quickly change in a room prior to heading to the airport.

We didn’t not like much, just little things such as the one of the lifts was broken, meaning a whole hotel was relying on that to get up and down. Check in was slow due to technical issues out of the staffs control, so we were shown to our room and completed the formalities later in the day. Aircon in the room wasn’t great so overnight was v hot in the bedroom but main room was cool?! Also something odd was is the finishing, seemingly some snagging issues but that is minor. The exterior doesn’t match with the interior as it seems very dated in comparison. I.e the pool area felt little tired with brand new furniture. Again, entirely minor things but they stopped it being 10/10.

I went during the soft launch so did stay at a discounted rate. We got a beautiful ocean suite for about 660 euros per night, so the value was up there. The staff were very lovely, welcoming, helpful and genuinely caring. Would 100% return for the top notch service. We had the biggest balcony I've ever seen (for a hotel) on the corner wrapping around the beach and the sea. There is a lovely ferry right under the hotel that you can take into the city

Since our suite, the shared facilities and concierge service were so good, I didn't mind that some of the small teething issues - e.g. only 1 small lift working, can tell some of the building is old despite being refurbished

The staff were amazing, we had our 2 year old with us and they were so kind and patient. Breakfast was so delicious and really good quality. Beds really comfy, rooms lovely and great style throughout.

Not enough space around the pool - lots of cabanas around the pool reserved with no sign of anyone using them, meaning we had to go to The Hyde hotel next door to use the pool.

Outstanding place. Staff was always very helpful, in particular the Concierge and Valet parking staff. Shout out to Mr. Rui who's assistance was exceptional and beyond what I expected.

There are several pools available, some are shared with Hyde hotel. Some sun beds are paid as an extra depending wether you are a guest from Mondrian or not - that has to be clarified and fine tuned.
