Food delivery and close to highway in route to Disney.

The sliding door to the bathroom came off the track and I was stuck in the bathroom. Thank goodness I was with my family and they were able to call the front desk. Maintenance guy had to get me out. If I was alone and did not take my phone in the bathroom, I could have been trapped indefinitely. Very scary. If you are traveling alone, take your phone in the bathroom.

The place was clean! I love the fact that the rooms had no carpet and were clean. I love the personal touch with welcoming me with my name on the TV screen :)

I didn’t like that I only stayed for 4 hours in the hotel. I made reservation for two rooms and my son got sick and we had to drive back home sooner than expected. I have an special needs son and he needed medical assistance. Otherwise I would love my stay! I wish we had a wheelchair room too! They didn’t have any available:(

The HVAC unit below the window is very noisy and I was unable to turn it off. I am always surprised why upscale hotels like this one charges $3.00 for a bottle of water in the room. Offering free drinking water in the room is a very low cost way to show appreciation for the guest who is spending a great deal of money more in comparison to stay there.

The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. The rooms were clean as well as the common areas. I liked how there were study areas, pool tables, tvs all in the common areas. Reminds me more a school dorm than a place for business people to stay.

I did not partake in the breakfast because I was out for business each morning prior to breakfast beginning. Rooms were clean but I forgot there isn't much storage for clothing. It's hard when you're there for 6 nights and only have a few hangers for your clothes and no drawers.

This hotel is in a beautiful, cozy location. Check in was easy, and the woman who checked is in was very friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds are so cozy. I haven’t been disappointed in Tru by Hiltons rooms.

Everything was great, went down for breakfast before checking out and heard some yelling. Turned around looking for the source of the noise and turns out it was 2 ladies working at the front desk. ARGUING. Not sure what it was about, but one was yelling, “You need to get away from me.” Repeatedly. It was a very heated conversation. I think this should’ve been handled in another way, especially not so early in the morning in front of many guests starting their day.I don’t think this is acceptable, it honestly scared me and my family thought it was going to escalate. This was Saturday, September 9th 2023 around 7-7:30AM. Not sure of the names of the 2 ladies. The one was very friendly with guests thankfully, but sadly not to each other.

Let me start by saying this property and staff is amazing! Upon arrival we where greated by a very friendly Rebecca, she was welcoming and everything was clean and simple. After entering our room we discovered a very clean room. Everything we needed was provided. Beds where comfortable enough. In the morning breakfast was served and a lovely lady Ms.Tracy was keeping everything stocked and greeting good morning. The food was good, and my daughter loved the pancake machine. We chose thus hotel for a half way point of a long drive. Thank you for your kindness we will stay again.

Nothing it was great.

The property was clean and we did not experience any issues. The property is in a GREAT location just off the interstate but far enough away to eliminate road noises. Close enough to local eateries that are in walking distance. The breakfast was VERY good. A good clean, no frills property. I would stay again.

There was nothing that we did not like about the property.

A great hotel for any length of stay. Safe location, easy to find off the interstate. Publix shopping center and restaurants in close proximity to hotel, only a few minutes drive. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. No noise issues at all. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. My family and I will book future stays at this hotel.

The bed pillows were soft and did not give a lot of support, but other than that no complaints.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean, neat, fully functioning, quiet. Breakfast was good. Loved the lobby decor! Shower was nice. Location was good--close to many restaurants.

The heating/AC unit was noisy and the temperature fluctuated too much, causing us to wake up too many times during the night when we were either too hot or too cold. Also would have preferred a bar of soap rather than the squeeze bottle. The squeeze bottle is difficult to squeeze when you have arthritic hands/fingers.
