Location is not so great, near a power station, but the hotel is beautiful. Wifi not that great on the 3rd floor. Good warm breakfast. We would stay there again

The lady at the front desk is a discrase for this nice hotel. Being friendly, even greeting new guests is too much for her. She moves her +++ body to the bench outside and starts smoking with her sweets and her mobile loud on a music program. I came outside to smoke a cigarette and she did not offer me her seat. No the guest can stand and the staff sits is her policy. Later that evening I saw her sitting on a balcony of one of the rooms near the pool. Loud music, smoking and eating. We stayed there 2 nights and her attitude did not change and so did her t-shirt with the words: "Happy new Year". If that lady is the calling card for your compagny, please get rid of her!

Comfortable beds & clean sheets.

We stay a couple times a month & normally cleaned, but this time, we could tell the furniture had not been wiped & there was sticky stuff on the tables. Normally, not like that. The room we had this time, the thermostat would turn off or change temp settings so the heater was on the whole time. We had to crack the balcony door to try & vent the room.

a really lovely welcome by the check in guy. He was a real pleasure and set a good tone. it's very sad how rare a pleasant, welcoming, happy staff member is! room was exactly what we needed as a family of 5. highly recommend staying here.

This is the third time I’ve stayed here. We will continue to stay here. The location is great for us and breakfast offers a variety breads, cereals, hot foods, fruit, and waffles. We stayed in a room with a balcony overlooking the pool. We come in from west of DFW and its an easy location to get to. In town we use public transportation. There is a bus stop about a block away. There’s a good pizza buffet place on the corner too. This trip, we rode the bus to the Fort Worth Cross Station and boarded the Trinity Express Railway. We exited at Victory in downtown Dallas which is a short walk to the American Airlines Center. I think the Dallas Stars play there. We visited the Perot Museum for the 2024 Eclipse. There really is so much to do and see with easy access it all. The airport is close. We stopped in downtown Fort Worth on our return trip and explored there. There was a Kennedy memorial on both sides of our trip. The regional rail pass was $30/day for two adults and two kids. Apple maps gives great public transportation options and a Uber/Lyft is never more than a few minutes away. Lots of door dash options too.

There was a strong urine smell in the room. I have a feeling someone’s pet pee’d in the room. We were able to open the door and air it out some. They gave us Lysol, and when they cleaned the second day they treated it and the smell was gone. We had stripped the beds to see if they were okay, and the beds were fine. There was a waterproof cover, mattress pad, and clean bedding on both beds. I did request a rollaway bed and they replied yes they would have one for us in the app, but they said no when we arrived. I was dismissed when I tried to ask about the app message. Since there were 4 of us, we made it work. The room was not big enough for a rollaway anyway.

Really nice spacious room with private balcony and spa tub. Large king size bed that is extremely comfortable. Nice selection for breakfast. They also provide a variety from day to day with the main breakfast dish. Friendly staff, very polite and helpful

The only downside is the homeless people that walk through the parking lot, asking you for money and cigarettes while passing through. This however is not something I believe reflects on the hotel, just the location. It never felt unsafe, just annoying.

Over the three days that we stayed here, the breakfast varied with a selection of hot items including scrambled eggs or omelettes, biscuits and gravy, sausage and French toast. Also included were the standard items of yogurt, cereal, breads and fruit. Decent breakfast.

Our son and his wife were promised a crib, but when we arrived, the host couldn't find the crib. Over the three days that we stayed, the crib never did show up, so they had to go to Walmart and buy one.

The room was comfortable. The check in process was very smooth The breakfast options were very good.

I did not appreciate the $150.00 deposit because we stayed there back in January and there was no deposit. I don't have a problem with the deposit but it not being credited back right after checkout is a SCAM. THE MANAGEMENT IS TAKING ALL THE DEPOSIT MONEY AND DRAWING INTEREST OFF OF IT FOR 10 TO 15 DAYS BEFORE RETURNING THE MONEY. MY BANK DOES NOT TAKE 25 DAYS TO GET A REFUND.

I liked the value, what we spent and the room we got was really great. I really liked the separate room for the king bed in the suite we booked. When I booked it online I didn't know that's how it would come so that was nice. The pool was very clean and well kept as well. The housekeeping staff were very kind and efficient. We also enjoyed the breakfast, although more options would be nice. The fact that there was coffee 24/7 in the lobby was also a personal plus for me.

I was disappointed that the reception desk staff were less courteous than the housekeeping staff. I also would say that we needed more than 1 trash can in the suite, maybe an additional trash can in the other room. There was also no tv guide or resources/brochures for finding food services nearby.

As always, the staff is the star of this show. The facilities are nicer, than other hotels in the area. The staff sets this place above, all the hotels that I have stayed in, regardless of price or location. I feel at home here, I know that, these people care, not just about doing their job, but about me as a guest in their facility. Its the smile, and the atitude of the front desk staff, and the making sure there is enough sausage at breakfast. The housekeeping, actually keeps house, like it was a place they might be staying. I have stayed in many hotels, and seen all levels of care, but I have never found anything stained or dirty, unkept or unstocked in this hotel. I do testing for a living, and I have have a saying, once is a fluke, twice is a coincidence, three or more is a pattern, and this hotel has a pattern of quality and value.

The location is its only drawback, but that is no fault of the staff, or even ownership. The area, has seen a steady decline, since the downsizing of the Air Force base, near there.

It was conveniently located for us. The staff was friendly. The beds were comfortable. The hair dryer was wonderful.

The breakfast was not until 7:00 which was too late for us. A cupboard door had loose hinges. The rear door was noisy. For the price we paid, I expected more modern facilities. However it was cheaper than the motels downtown. It took a long time to get hot water.
