Our children loved it and so did we!!! 😁😁😁😁😁😁 IT was very cozy ✨️ very clean 👌 A very at home soothing feeling. I love the fact that not only did we have a refrigerator but we also had a microwave and breakfast was included. That was top tier!! 💯💯💯💯 K cups tea and coffee ☕️ not just caffeine be decaffeinated as well. ( very thoughtful) The desk was nice and chill 😎 got a lot of coloring and writing done. ✍️ The chair on wheels at the desk omg!! Comfortable more comfort then gaming chairs 💺 definitely 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for the chair alone😁😁😁😁👀✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️ overall excellent experience. P.s. excellent staff very friendly

Good gym, staff pleasant and helpful. Expansive breakfast. We rented a suite- very roomy, with work space. Free parking. Dove soap, shampoo.

The "kitchen" had no plates, utensils, dish cloth, etc. which surprised us as usually when we rent a suite the kitchen is stocked well enough that we can prepare food and eat in our room. Toilet did not empty well- had to flush a few times. No housekeeping on weekend so we just put up with it. Location on busy freeway and only restaurant we could walk to was Hookers. Ended up renting a car. Kid's sports teams staying there, running up and down halls and playing with elevator. For those who want a base with access to freeway to go to different activities during the day, or a place to stop on a journey, this is ideal.

The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable. It was very easy to get to the hotel as it was right off the highway. The staff was all kind and did a great job keeping the hotel clean. You could tell they took pride in their work. It was consistent with our experience at the other holiday inn express we stayed at as well. The hot breakfast in the morning was delicious and there were a lot of options. The bed and pillows were so soft and comfortable. Felt expensive but the price wasn't bad! Staff was accommodating to us even though we came in at such a late hour due to traveling a long way. Also, the shampoo and conditioner privided made my hair feel so soft! A welcome feeling after our camping trip. It was a fantastic place to stay on our way back home. Thank you!

Breakfast is good. The location is great, near a big mall.

The first time I called the hotel to verify my booking, the person who answered was abrupt and impatient. She told me that she cannot find my booking under my name but only through the booking number. Since I booked through Booking.com she said they have given me too many numbers when there should only be 8 numbers. Well, I didn't know that. The second time I called she even hung up on me while I was still saying something. But she has apologized since then. The staff are all nice and very professional once we got in the property.

It was great to have the breakfast meal included with our lodging. It was basically the same each day, but nice variety and very tasty combination of hot and cold choices. Also liked having the 24 hour beverage service in the front lobby. Would be nice to add apple cider packets to the choices there, in addition to cocoa and coffee. Rooms were very clean and comfy, with great beds, and a good number of amenities included. Staff was helpful in arranging early check-in since we had arrived on a redeye flight with 3 hrs time zone difference, so we really needed a nap. Good location with access to main roads.

Would like to have the breakfast serving time extended a little. Some days a little rushed to get dressed and down to the dining room. Coffee was out one time I stopped to get a cup in front lobby. Staff would have brewed another pot, but I didn't have time to wait.

Location was awesome! The suite was good. It was close to some family members. It was walking distance to the KOP Mall. It was close to the highway.

It was difficult to communicate to a few of the floor techs, when having to ask for toilet paper or tissue paper. We had to go to the front desk to get something that simple. The breakfast omelet (cheese) was over cooked. The pancake machine closed down to early.

The location was perfect! Staff was very nice. Our room was clean. I forgot a toothbrush and razor but the facility offers complimentary ones so that was a plus!

not that I didn’t “like it”, but we got a room facing the highway, and at night traffic was a little loud. It was no problem, we just turned white noise on to drown out the noise for our toddler.

Good location right by the mall. Drove from the stadiums in Philly to here which was a relatively easy drive. Good rooms, accurate pictures, Great value. If we are in the area again we will stay here.

Rooms A/C would kick on and off and when it turned on it was very loud. Room stayed comfortable when it was turned off though thankfully.

Lovely staff. Very helpful. Room was great. Fridge, microwave, Keurig. Big flat screen TV. Right across the street from the 5th largest mall in America and up the road from the King of Prussia famous inn/tavern; just 3 minutes away. George Washington slept there in 1777 before he bivouacked (tent) at Valley Forge!

The heat kept switching to A/C. We couldn't adjust it, so after several attempts in and out of bed, we turned it off.

I booked through booking.com. I booked two rooms. I paid in advance. When I got to the hotel there was only one room reserved. I had to pay for the second room. I have been trying to contact booking.com to get my refund for my room that was not properly booked. My enormous frustration is I am still after two days trying to find a phone number or an email that actually works that allows me to contact booking.com to get my refund. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with customer service for any company. I certainly will not use this service again as my experience has been terrible.
