Nice staff, good location, quiet, plenty of hot water in the shower, good breakfast. The breakfast staff are exceptional keeping everything fully stocked. Really good coffee. Everyone is kind and helpful- it’s a very good hotel.

They need to pay attention to details. Curtains were dirty in places, mouldy silicone in the shower and around inside of the shower doors at the top. The hotel is excellent and I’d stay there again but if they can sort out the little things it makes a huge difference to guests. Breakfast can be a little chaotic if lots of people use the dining room at once.

We (30s couple) enjoyed everything about our stay here. From the moment we were dropped off by our Uber driver, we felt safe and in a great location. Well lit street, plenty of pharmacies (including one open 24h) and many options for food. All hotel staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Our room was well-equipped and everything worked - not always a given! Breakfast had plenty of options - fruit, juice, yogurt, bread, misto, cakes, cereal. Other pleasant surprises: AC worked work well; free drinking water on the main level; iron & board available as needed. Great value for money; great experience; highly recommend.

Location is excellent and walking distance to a bus stations and good eateries. Not sure why there are 4 pharmacies on the block but the one we visited was extremely helpful. The breakfast was extensive and tasted great. They do have an ironing room with a table where you can press your clothes if need be. Could be an issue if you have to wait to use. Not sure why places still don't all have irons and ironing boards for use in their rooms.

They didn't have adapters to use at the front desk I had to purchase two from them. Come on now.

We felt save and had everything we needed. Breakfast was great and the staff friendly. The whirlpool was very nice to relax a bit. We also went for a run around the military base close to the hotel which felt save.

Due to the humidity it was difficult to dry our clothes. For example the swimsuits did not dry. It would have been great to have more hangers and maybe a better ventilator. It was loud outside, so to open the window over night was a bit of a trade-off. furthermore, mosquito nets would have been really really good on the windows!

Great hotel. The location is right next to loads of restaurants and little shops. The staff was very helpful. Loved the pool - I think most people are at the Falls during the day so I had the pool to myself. Also has a gym which is a bonus. There's a currency exchange across the street if you need to exchange money for the Argentinian side which was handy.

The hotel is a bit dated but it didn't affect my stay.

this hotel was a great 3 night stay the room was clean and the bed was medium soft . the pool was awesome and the breakfast was great with many options . the location was on a safe street with many resturants near by and across the street was a great Lebanese restaurant . we do recommend this hotel and the price is excellent!

the 3 spa pools were always full. can't think of really anything we didn't like. but must keep typing to get the review to post lol.

The hotel is in a great location and the breakfast buffet was very good with plenty of options. Our room was spacious and the staff was really great.

Our room seemed to be made for twin beds but we had a double bed, the night stands and power plugs/light switches were very distant from the bed. We used the jacuzzis but the water wasn’t very clean. Overall it was a nice stay and I would stay there again.

It was our anniversary 22 years. We had towel animals two interlocked swans like a heart and chocolate cake and wine on arrival which was amazing and beautifully done. The pool and jacuzzi facilities were fantastic and clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good.

The hotel is situated in the center of Foz do Iguacu with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the bus terminal which directly brings you to the waterfalls, dam, Paraguay or Argentina. Our room was very spacious and clean. We liked the safe for security and the blowdryer in the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot and had a nice pressure. Our stay included breakfast, which was tasty and plentiful.

Some of the interior and furniture is dated and worn out.

Great location with many restaurants and shops nearby, fabulous room and bathroom with comfortable bed. Swimming pool and jacuzzis wonderful after full day at falls. The breakfast is very good with many options. The staff are very professional and friendly. Will definitely stay again and I highly recommend this hotel.
