Rural setting. Good food. Swimming pools. Very obliging staff. We like Palaia, the local town — and enjoy the c25 minute walk from Borgo Colleoli. We also like I Tigli, the family run restaurant nearby.

Cleaning delayed by 2 days. We arrived on Monday. We were told it would be cleaned on Thursday but it wasn’t cleaned until Saturday. (Only one clean included in price over 8 day vacation.) Studio needs more storage / drawer space and needs a mirror in the main room. Poor sound insulation— noise from family immediately next door was intrusive at times.

The resort itself is incredibly beautiful, the buildings and setting are stunning. The 2 different pools are great and our kids really enjoyed playing in the kids pool. We enjoyed all our meals at the restaurant, and the breakfast was very good. Service was also very pleasant.

Because of its rural location there are not any other options for meals, meaning that the restaurant was very busy at dinner. We didn't know if we would get a table at all, which was a concern as we had 2 young children with us. We ended up waiting quite some time to be seated. If I had known this in advance I would have booked. Our room was basic and a bit tired looking, it didn't live up to the beautiful surroundings it was in.

They promised to send me the invoice for stay but this never happened.

We loved our stay at the Resort! Amazing time we had, we enjoyed it from the very beginning as the staff was super friendly and helpful, they drove us with the golf cart to collect luggage and bring it to the apartment. Moreover, helped us and indicated useful tips while travelling to Firenze. We could also bring our dog (with a fee of 9 € per night). We highly recommend the resort to explore Tuscany

Prices in the restaurant inside are a bit high, we recommend going to the restaurant outside, I Tigli, run by a local family and with amazing dishes.

Very beautiful place in pisteresque landscape. Surrounding is stunning. 2 very clean and beautiful swimming pools. Our room was clean and very good size. Everything clean and staff friendly. Restaurant on the hotel was much better then the restaurant across the street ( do not order meat there). Value for money 😉

Strange to have to pay service fee on the restaurant. A little problem with toilet flushing🙃 . Little noisy from the cotrridor. Would Come back any day 🥰

Nice area, views, pool, nice designed apartment and friendly staff.

We booked the "Deluxe apartment" and three things did not meet our expectations; 1. One of the double/"two single bed" room was very narrow. There was a bed along the room with a second (pull out bed) below but it was not possible to pull it out fully due to too narrow room. We had to use the sofa bed as double bed in the living room which was very exposed and consumed alot of space. 2. Description mentioned "Coffee machine" - there was only a "prezzo" available. 3. "Private garden" did not offer any privacy - it was a small spot in front of the door for us to use and very exposed to other guests passing by.

Absolutely beautiful. Swimming pool is gorgeous and the restaurant and our apartment were lovely (Apt 6). Think ours had been recently renovated. We’ll be back

Although there’s a bar on site it would have been nice to be able to wander to another and the place is very isolated. No close grocery store either. It didn’t take away from our experience though!

Staying in the resort was the best decision I’ve made… the place is amazing 🤩 the room was so big and specious and it had everything we needed. The views from the property is to die for… the swimming pools were warm and clean… the staff was amazing… if I had any questions they would solve it straight away… I can’t wait to come back!!!

We booked without breakfast included. So a separate breakfast charged at 18 euros per person is perhaps a bit expensive. We were in appartement 59, appartement 60 was rented out to a group of 20-30 year olds.. which caused a lot of noise at night.

Excellent stay; I can only recommend it to anyone. Location is superb - 40-60 min to all major cities around Tuscany. The property is in an amazing, quiet village with a small family restaurant nearby. Also 2 swimming pools are definitely a great addition to chill out after day trips All is great, worth a stay for a week or more.
