Breakfast was good, but really busy. Ran out of eggs and didn't get any. We came down at 9am and it was super busy. Took a long time to get a waffle too. Only ended up with cereal unfortunately.

Our room still had dishes in the dishwasher. Not sure if they were cleaned or not. Also saw some hair left in the shower drains. It was kind of a turn off to use the shower. Recommend new mattress on the sofa bed too. Very thin and not a very comfortable sleep.

Hot breakfast was really good- bit of a wait for waffles though. Love the spacious room and was pleasantly surprised with the well-appointed kitchen! Included a full size fridge with cutleries and plates. The big screen TV was great to watch the Olympics on. Arrived late, so didn't use the pool or gym.

It's a bigger hotel, so more busy than other places. Elevator was slow.

Breakfast was very good, location was just perfect, right next to the I-5 exit. Very easy to access and convenient.

We stayed there more than 10 days during our stay, room cleaning services only came less than 3 times and when I requested to change the towel into the new towel, front desk said yes but when I came back to the room that night. There was no new towel.

The front desk staff are amazing. and so friendly! my first impression was great and the rooms were large and comfy

The location is a bit away from many stores-it’s perfect if you need to be near the base but we were at a soccer tournament in Lacey. There was also a party at the indoor pool that was super rowdy. We got the hotel specifically for the pool and then couldn’t use it and no one was supervising that party.

The staff and hotel were awesome. I loved that it was pet friendly. Breakfast was great. Great, stay over all!

Went to check in around 3:40. The room was still not ready. I understand when it's short staffed, but I didn't check in until 6:40. we had plans that evening have to cancel due to not being able to get into our room and get ready..... 🙃

The breakfast was great because of the many options. There was something for everyone, every appetite and mood. The coffee service is fantastic! I appreciate the big fridge in the room, the ease of use of the TV, and the curtain for the closet and the curtain to separate the "bedroom" from the "living room". The bed and bedding were just right. The contact-less checkout was convenient.

I couldn't connect to the wifi. I signed up for Hilton Honors but I kept getting a message saying there was a problem and I should try again later. I didn't ask for help because I was busy and only staying 2 nights.

Room looked and felt new, everything was very clean and the room size with all mini kitchen items was great! Bed was comfortable. Pillows o.k. - TV was fine. Quiet even though I believe they were completely full.

Always looking for that elusive bathtub - we work hard and would love to soak our feet after a 15 hour day. Also, no housekeeping unless requested - had to keep requesting towels for the room. Should always be a minimum of 3 sets to a room, but was only stocked with 2. However, towels were freely given to us and we were o.k. with the room not maintained. HOWEVER - with 2 grown people in a king bed we were fighting for bedding coverage - sheet and blankets were WAY too short of width - one of us was always partially uncovered.

loved breakfast, the lobby was warm and welcoming. All the staff we’ve encountered has been amazing and very inviting, this has become my families go to place for travel more than the coast and I never thought they’d pick any place over the beach.

I can’t say there is anything I didn’t like about it, the rooms were clean and neatly organized. the set up is functional and easy to use with lots of options of things to be able to do without even leaving.

Hotel is amazing, definitely one of the better ones I have stayed at in my resent travels. Will definitely come back if I’m in the Washington State area again. M.B.

Only thing that I can ask to change is the ventilation in the pool room, one of my children was overwhelmed with the chlorine smell and got sick that night because theirs no airflow for the fumes to release. And the cleaning lady never showed up after we requested house keeping on the third day.

I loved the room. It was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of little extras to make our stay pleasant. Home 2 Suites is quickly becoming my go-to when booking a room. Their staff has always been extraordinary, the facility clean, and free breakfast tasty.

The pool area was quite cold, they could turn the temp up a little.
