The location was great and near a couple places to eat. The breakfast choices was great and it was awesome to have a hot breakfast. Staff was friendly and were very accommodating as well. I enjoyed and would definitely stay here again.

I can’t say that my family or I had any complaints or things that we disliked to the point it even needed to be documented. Of course we would have liked conjoined rooms but they don’t offer those at this property but other than that it was a great stay.

but the sausage was not browned, and the bacon was very limp, and swimming in grease. By Friday of the week i was there, the bagels were clearly stale and dried out. The staff was very cheerful and helpful. Waffles were excellent. We were there for six days. We had to move rooms twice. Once they came in and cleaned the carpet, leaving us with a wet carpet. Second room the toilet was not working properly. *They did comp us one day and apologized which we thought was very nice.

Easy access, calm, clean & spacious room, nice swimming pool, really good breakfast, kids friendly.

Room cleaned only 2 times in 7 days. We were informed it'd be done once every 2 days but we're not used to it yet, and when on holidays we appreciate some help in the cleaning, especially in a room we share with 2 kids.

The facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and a wonderfully nice lady making fresh waffles. Loved the options (oat milk for lactose intolerant daughter was a plus)! The staff was absolutely the best, especially the people at the front desk. Didn't matter what shift. Very helpful!

Our only complaint was the heated indoor pool wasn't heating so the kids didn't get to swim. We were there for a basketball tournament and swimming was the only thing they wanted to do. They were pretty bored. Otherwise we would have rated our stay a 10.

My family and I was in Texas celebrating my nephews wedding. The hotel was great and was as described. It was spacious and clean. Housekeeping was nice. The front desk clerks were not friendly or inviting.

I did not like the unfriendliness of the front desk staff. Be friendly and inviting or get a staff that not only wants to work , but be friendly and inviting.

The breakfast was amazing, hot ,fresh, a large variety of Items. There was something for everyone in the family

There was only 1 wash cloth, 1 towel and 1hand towel in our room, however the front desk was more than happy to provide more.

Close easy access to sports center venue for jiu jitsu competition. Walking distance from eatery etc. We were on the 4th floor and were not disturbed by noise in the hallways etc.

Toilet handle stuck and wld run all night if you didnt manually lift up. Coffee maker in the room did not brew coffee it leaked hot water on counter. Mini fridge didnt get super cold.

The first two things about staying anywhere are cleanliness and comfort (ability to rest well). Well, maybe there are 3 things, the other being safety and security. This location was perfect in all 3 of these areas.

I could hear the interstate traffic fairly clearly at night, even though I have hearing problems.

The hot breakfast was amazing. But the staff was what made this hotel! They were so wonderful and so friendly and accommodating.

The pool was pretty small and the water was murky. They also had a fire pit outside but it was never turned on the whole week we were there.

Clean, quiet and the staff was nice.

It's across from a sports complex that host many volleyball and basketball tournaments that start early. Wish they'd start breakfast earlier like other hotels do on tournament weekends.
