This is nice accommodation for a small outback town, the rooms are adjacent to the local pub and motel reception is at the hotel bottle shop! The hotel is popular with locals but we felt very comfortable in our room and it was quiet, no disturbances at all. Our room was comfy, clean and supplied almost everything we needed. The bed was super comfy, the shower was excellent.

Hand towels and face washers for the bathroom are not supplied, bring your own! The window curtain does not block out the light that is on all night outside, bring an eye mask if it bothers you. The bathroom is long and quite narrow, may be a problem for very large persons or if you have a mobility issue.

Staff were very friendly and exceptionally helpful (even a few hours after he had clocked off, the young man cycled past me in the street and stopped to ask me how my stay was going. He gave me helpful tips - possibly the most helpful and charming man to ever work at a bottle shop / hotel check in.

Everything was fine for the price - very clean and comfortable. But it is what it is. Don't expect five star quality - just be confident that you will sleep safely, soundly and comfortably. Bathroom was a little tight.

The two bedroom unit connected to the hotel is spacious but a bit drab. The reception is located in the bottle shop and thermal water with a slight sulphurous smell comes out of the shower. The location in the middle of the town is good for walking everywhere.

There is no breakfast facility here but the cafe that sells camel burgers in the main street is a winner.

Loved the setting; we had a little patio overlooking a garden area. The pub is only metres away and everything is within a short walk. Toiletries provided were generous. Our room was very clean.

Our room was very small. We were ‘upgraded’ to a disabled cabin with patio which did mean we had a very large bathroom. Tick! But unfortunately it also meant a smaller room than we had booked (with a queen bed) and only a double bed. If only we’d known. Not great for my husband who is tall, we were a bit too cosy and his feet were hanging off the end of the bed!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the new Spa,which is highly commended after a big day on the road. After all the accommodation I have used over the past month - this represents good value. Parking was outside and the all round environment was appreciated.

The utilities such as kettle,toaster,microwave was too cramped to use efficiently. An extra shelf would have provided the space.

Our unit, separate but adjacent to the hotel, was larger than expected. Good off street parking. Quiet location. Easy walk aroung the town and to the Warrego River walk, and we also used the park across the road for morning exercise. Tasty, promptly prepared dinner was taken in the dining room rather than the bar.

Our expectations were met.

I like the bungalow with the smart tv the bed,the bathroom and the staff are amazing I had a fantastic week in town I went have a look around the CBD,the Warrego river,the cunnamula sign and the swimming pool on a hot day cause I been traveling around Australia for 14 years I hope I'll come stay again in the future here at the Warrego hotel motel here in cunnamula Qld southern outback.

Very nice restaurant attached to the hotel. Great food and service. Location was good, close to the Cunnamulla Centre and spa. We were there on a Sunday and it was just about the only place open to get a feed.

Some of the locals in the bar were a bit feral with lots of swearing, but heh, this is Outback Queensland and adds to the fun of the trip.

The location was part of hotel which was convenient for a meal. We were given a voucher for a free drink each with a meal. Table & chairs on verandah were lovely.

The light on our verandah went on every 2 minutes for 2 minutes throughout the night, lighting up our room & making sleep difficult. We were given a room for the disabled which we didn't book.

We stayed in a nice and roomy cottage that was clean and comfortable with good air cond, . Staff were friendly, helpful and made us feel at home. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The cottage was in walking distance of everything in the town and is on the heritage walking trail We would definitely stay again.

We really liked the cottage but there were a couple of small things that could have made it even better. Firstly, the TV isnt movable and is in a strange location pointing toward the clothes rack. It cant be directed toward either the lounge or the bed because it couldnt be swivelled - but funnily enough the foxtel box is on a swivell. The second thing was there was not much room for making breakfast and to make coffee etc. There was quite a small ledge with the microwave and kettle and little room to set anything up - if that was a bit bigger would have been helpful.
