Staff was amazing putting us in a comfortable, dark, quiet room as requested They also provided a microwave as I asked for our extended stay

The signage to get into the parking lot was minimal. Hard to find when dark especially, but figured it out after a couple of days Was a bit odd to have a restaurant but not "room service"

The cafe was very pricey and the food was to fancy and not to our taste.so we dined at other business.the room was clean and spacious and the mattress was very comfortable

The bed pillows were extremely flat and offered no support.i will bring my own next time..the cafe was very overpriced and offered no "normal" food everything was fancy so we had to go to other businesses for meals.

John so courteously greeted me, allowed for an earlier check in and offered me water. What a start! The facility is very clean quiet and comfortable and conveniently located near two train stations. This was not my first stay at the Courtyard Boston Natick location and it won't be my last. I highly recommend this fine hotel!

What i didn't like? nothing.

Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating both at the front desk and in the dining area.

Maybe some parfaits / yoghurts to purchase in the refrigeration section at the front desk in the evenings ..... would be great !

Location was fine for us. Beds are comfortable.

We did not like breakfast there. Starbucks coffee is always too strong for us. Our breakfast sandwiches were cold (unthawed?) in the middle. My husband's sandwich was not what he ordered - and we both ordered the same thing!

Very attractive facility. Generous breakfast. Plenty of room. Easy to get remote work done. Comfortable bed.

It might have been nice to have a microwave in the room, but there was a refrigerator and we managed ok.

Breakfast was not compilatory so, that was a drawback especially, since Dunkin Donuts was north of the hotel meaning could only pull out of the driveway to the south so, that made it extremely difficult to go get coffee in the morning. If fact, so hard it wasn't worth going after it. Location was good. Close to both routes 9 and the Mass Pike and easily accessible.

Need provide more coffee packets in the room. 2 is not cutting on a 3 day stay.

location was perfect, staff were very nice and friendly. Room was cozy and bed was comfortable. Lighting was sufficient, desk was very good.

the bath tub was not draining well, 2 sides of the bath tub had a strange slope that I wasn't able to stand in the tub comfortably.

Comfortable and well structured

The system of the hotel didn’t worked properly, once in booking.com appear a different price and options in the reservation. The main problem with the system was that the breakfast was included, but suddenly has changed in the hotel system.

We had a problem with being charged for 2 nights,.. only stayed 1. Kinda screwed up my credit card,..after 2 weeks,..it was rectified. Would love to come back,..if we could get compensated. Thank you.
