Location is not far from Centre, and all facilities were nice, except heating, The whole hotel was cold.

The weather was cold, and there was no heating system in the room. When I asked at reception desk, They sent Me an extra blanket!

The view from the room was phenomenal. I highly recommend you get the sea view room on the 5th floor. The food was tasty and the room service is as you expect from a 5 stars hotel. The reception and the valet parking was on point. The breakfast was very organized and contained a lot of variety. The room was spacious.

The road to the hotel was kind of confusing because of google maps. The default route from the airport is closed so you have to find another road. The floor of the room felt a little bit dusty? Like if i walk barefoot in the room it feels dirty like it wasn't cleaned in weeks.

Great hotel with the most amazing views over Trabzon. Rooms are large, comfortable and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable too. Great pool and spa area. Staff try to make you wear a swimming cap but I explained I had no intention of putting my head underwater and so they made an exception. It’s is a distance from the centre of Trabzon. It is walkable down but you pass through some dodgy areas. Walking up would be an extreme challenge with how high and steep it is. Taxi’s cost less than 150 lira and so not worth walking when that cheap. I would definitely stay again if it visit Trabzon. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food in the restaurant was not to my liking. I was given an awful pizza that was raw, I sent it back and it came back half raw and half burnt. Not the quality you would expect from the Radisson. The chef came out to stare me down but did not approach me. The other staff were very apologetic and gave me a refund so all was good in the end. Drinks are also very expensive!

Great hotel. Location high on the hill with incredible views. Hotel is relatively new. Some ratings said staff didn't speak English. We had no problem at all. Everyone spoke much better English than I speak Turkish. The guy at the front desk that checked us in and seemed to be there 24/7 was especially nice with great English. Breakfast was fantastic. The gym and spa were outstanding. We wish we would have stayed a few extra days just to enjoy the gym and spa more. The only questionable thing is that the hotel seemed quite empty. Of course, that was great since we had no problem with crowds, particularly at breakfast.

The view and the indoor pool were excellent. The restaurant staff were very friendly and well-trained.

The tours. They were expensive and we were expected to pay extra on top for admission and parking. Moreover, the guides weren't trained guides just English speaking companions. They didn't know much. Also there were no comfort breaks...very unprofessional. Finally, the tour car was't built for older people ...no steps...difficult to get in and out.

The hotel location is good, nice view and easy access by car to the meydan. The rooms are big, the Lobby terrace is nice, the reception staff were friendly and the team in charge of tours were helpful.

The hotel could add chairs on the balcony to enjoy the nice view. The internet connection was not good . The staff of the restaurant were not very friendly except for the lady in the egg station. The breakfast buffet could have more traditional Turkish options.

Everything was great, room was very clean and bathroom. The balcony view over forest and mountain was lovely, however this was a reason of small bugs from outside to come through the balcony because of the surrounding green land. We at least enjoyed the balcony view. The only draw back is the steep hill when we are coming back to the hotel, this will be an issue if you’re gonna use public transportation as the stop is down the hill. However, if you are using taxi or renting a car this won’t be an issue at all. The hotel was close from a very nice attraction where you can have a great walk or enjoy meals while looking at Trabzon from top.

Towels are old and cut.My son asks for extra sugar they don"t agree .It is far and no restaurants or supermarkets nearby.Breakfast written 15 euros second day they wanted 20 euros!!

Beautiful property with amazing views of the ocean and city of Trabzon. 25 minutes walk to central city, otherwise about a 10 minute drive. There is a lot of traffic though to the Boztepe area. Hotel is luxurious and clean with spacious rooms. Booked 3 mountain facing rooms and 2 of the rooms were upgraded to sea facing rooms-the views were just breathtaking. We only stayed 2 nights but I definitely would recommend staying at least 3-4 nights as Trabzon has so much to offer. Service is fast and fabulous. Very nice gym and pool with beautiful views also. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel so can’t speak about that.
