- breakfasts are monotonous, although I understand that this is standard in almost all hotels; - unfortunately, swimming pool is open only from 10pm till 6pm.

The hotel is in a great location in Kandy. it's just a few minutes by tuk tuk from the city center. The place is very quiet, you can hear birds chirping in the morning. Great architecture of the villa, very nice common area and dining room. Very hospitable, helpful and kind hosts. The breakfast is rich and tasty, the hostess took into account everyone's taste. The owners offered better transport prices. If we could we would rate 11 from 10

On arrival Staff very friendly and helpful on reception desk. Beautiful pool and patio area, very clean, plenty of comfortable sun beds. Gardens well maintained to a very high standard. We booked a Junior suite which was huge in size and overlooked the pool and garden, room lovely and clean, our air con wasn’t working on arrival but it was quickly resolved by hotel maintenance. bathroom clean, shower powerful and water hot, lovely soft fresh smelling towels. Amazing breakfast, loads of choice including champagne, wow what a treat!!

Booking.com states there was a mini bar in room, in Spain this means small fridge containing nothing, complimentary bottles of water were supplied. There was an electric kettle in the room but no tea and coffee making facilities, very odd, not sure of it’s use. Evening dinner disappointing not a lot of choice, we struggled to put a meal together and couldn’t tell what meat you were eating or anything as all descriptions were in Spanish.

The hotel was really good honestly, it had everything we needed and whatever we didn’t have they handed it over to us politely after asking. The staff were pleasant, they came clean every day of our stay and we had a peaceful vacation overall.

If I had to point out any bad or negative thing, I would say it’s a bit far from the main ‘attractions’ of the island or main towns. Car is a must.

Everything about this hotel for the price is amazing. It was clean, very modern and well equipped with brillliant staff and service and an excellent selection of food at breakfast. It was close to the beach and lots of great places to eat. It also has a changing room with shower which is all included to use before leaving for the airport. We had the best time and will be back

Nothing it was all pretty perfect

The rooms were very comfortable for a group of friends, separate room to a small living room. The hotel borrows towels to go to the beach, the place is easy to reach with a car and from it walking distance there are restaurants.

The cleanliness of the room service could improve, they were not so keen on sweeping the floors and considering this is a beach reasort, the is some degree of sand in the ground.

Large studio, nice swimming pool. Very friendly personal. Excellent breakfast.

The location of the hotel is not very close to the beach or close to restaurants. You need to walk around 15 min to reach some decent restaurants. If you are not afraid to walk after dinner, or you have a car to drive around the coast beaches, it is perfect.

Nice hotel. Very hepful and friendly staff. Family rooms basic but very big, clean and with nice view of the pool. Beds comfortable. Breakfast excellent.

We were in room 419 underneath the kitchen ventilation system. It was like airplane taking off every morning at 06.30 am and noise continued until 11.30 pm. It was impossible to sit outside on the balcony from all the noise. We did not get any good sleep, had to buy earplugs.

The room was pretty big and the beds were really comfortable! Super nice staff, the breakfast was amazing and the area surrounding the hotel had nice restaurants and pharmacies, as well as beaches nearby.

Breakfast could have more fruit options and I think a blackout on the living room area would be nice.

Everything was great, hotel and rooms were clean, the stuff was amazing and helpful in every way. If there was some inconvenience or problem they solved it with no complications immediately. The surrounding was also very quiet and peaceful. Food in restaurant was brilliant. My and friends loved it so much, that we will definitely come again! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable. Totally recommend! 10/10
