The parking lot is big, the location is close to the highway, and there are several restaurants nearby, which makes business travel much more convenient.

I hope the staff is more trained. I have been booking Holiday Inn through Booking.com for years, and I have always received receipts after check-out. However, this time, the front desk told me that the receipt would be generated by Booking.com, they are unable to print the receipt here; which doesn't make any sense because I paid on-site. After I explained to her that it was not possible because I had just checked out from the Holiday Inn Doral Miami and they had given me the receipt – the same as the other Holiday Inn facilities – she printed the receipt for me. So, why not print it for me in the first place?

The location was just off the interstate and the room was very clean and updated.

We didn't like the fact that this particular Holiday Inn charges us a damage fee of $300 . When we inquired about it we were told because we lived in the same state as the motel and that once they had college students cause a lot of damage. We stayed at the Holiday inn at Piedmont Georgia (same state mind you) and weren't charged anything like that. My wife and I are in our sixties and always have used Holiday inn for our motel regardless of where we've traveled. This was the first time we were charged like that. We did get it back but we won't be staying at this particular motel again.

Modern room with device outlets on both sides of the bed, desk under all mounted TV. Nice refrigerator & more upscale micro than most hotels. Love the sheer & blockout automated window treatments. Wall mounted temp control & coffee maker, hair dryer in room. Comfy bed & nice linens & pillow choices btwn firm & soft & labels as such.

The vanity needs more top storage to lay out toiletries, bath needs for handicap supplies. Toilet need a lid to sit on to change into undergarments etc. aftr showering.

Breakfast was great! This was not one of those cold cereal and muffins places. They actually had great food! Eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit, etc. We were very impressed.

I can't think of anything with this hotel that I did not like.

The location was excellent and close to everything. The facility was very clean and quiet

My room heat didn't work and I didn't like to begin on the first floor parking lot was right and couldn't have the windows open. They are doing renovations so rooms were limited. I would stay again

Very modern hotel. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with a great variety of choices! Pillows were fantastic! Shower had great pressure. Easy check in/out procedures! Perfect location!

Construction ongoing , exterior doors open made the lobby and hallways hot and muggy. Bathtub had mold in corners. Beds were very high and rock hard

The property conveniently located in Anderson. Beds very comfortable with spacious room. Breakfast with many healthy options.

Provided handicap bathroom as requested. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was all pleasant and professional.

Maybe have a light blanket available instead of the very heavy bed covering provided.

The beds were very comfortable and the room and hotel were spotless. They had real breakfast which was also delicious. Biscuits with gravy.. Wow!
