Room was spacious and clean. Shower and bathrooms were nice, clean and spacious too. Did not get to try their pool or breakfast, so no comments on those. Easy access to Times Square right in front through the MRT escalators and stairs. Convenient location and easy access (often walking distance) to TRX mall, Pavilion, Low Yat Plaza, BB Park, etc. There's a 7-11 next to it which helps a lot. Staff are friendly.

Despite nice big desk, the charging points did not work except 1, and I tried them all including the bedside one. The Safety Deposit box is a quite dated, hard to press on the buttons. They don't provide a bathrobe. They don't have a luggage weighing scale, when asked at the reception, they said it was sent for maintenance so I have to weigh my luggage at the airport (which defeats the purpose). You'll get to hear road noises, frequent sirens, etc. from the windows (I guess those are not double glazed) and there's quite a bit of gap underneath the room door which does not help sound insulations.

Clean and the room is in good condition. Staffs however were friendly and extremely helpful (as my dad is wheelchair bound). Breakfast selection was wide and suits our taste. Ideal location as I can walk to Bukit Bintang within less than 10mins.

At times, my access card lock me out of the room (luckily there is another person on the other side to open the door). Shampoo and Shower can be improve as I was having a hard time to dispense liquid out of the bottle.

1) Valet services available upon arrival at the lobby when driving. 2) Special check-in area for LEVEL guests with welcome drinks. 3) Huge room with separate bathtub and shower space. 4) Wide spread of selection for breakfast buffet. 5) Prime location. - Right opposite Berjaya Times Square which is accessible via overhead bridge from right outside the lobby. Walkable distance to Pavillion amd many more malls.

Perhaps the A/C could be cooler as it wasn't up to my expectations.

Everything was awesome, great location, close to a lot of shopping mall.

Only one thing, there was a bad smell coming from my toilet sometimes.

sometimes to call reception - have to wait a long time or nobody would answer have to go down to lobby to request/enquire about stuff

+Location very good and strategic +very comfortable bed +aircon very strong and even when adjust the temperature follows accordingly. good maintenance i believe. most hotel i went, the aircon is useless +toilet has bidet +exceptional staffs. all staffs from the bellman to reception to the housekeeping is exceptional.

-the toilet a little tight & squeezy -channels blurry -**hiccups during the breakfast. purchased 2 days breakfast upon checking in but was rejected the next morning at the restaurant, said our breakfast was not included even though we got the breakfast stamped. We bounced to front desk back to kitchen back to front desk. But issues settled and was compensated by sending some breakfast to room though its not worth compare to having it as buffet at the restaurant. Second day morning no issue.

9.5/10 The experience of ‘the level’ guest is fantastic. You are treated to a separate booking counter and ambience is smooth , quiet and mellow. With the complimentary cocktail and tea time from 5-7 and taking a break from the hectic kuala lumpur a fresh take on the hotel experience In addition, the hotel staff is very accommodating to our last minute requests. When we want to have a late checkout of 1pm during the morning. They do it without hesitation and free.

-0.5 During the housekeeping, i believe they used new towels where you will have little towel residue all over once you used it. Not a big fuss

Melia is a beautiful hotel with a fantastic location. 9 minutes away (walking distance) from the hop on hop off main pickup drop-off point, and the hotel is surrounded by more than 4 malls and many many restaurants. The reception staff are kind and helpful. The buffet breakfast is rich in its varieties. The moss restaurant inside the hotel has delicious burgers. Melia room is spacious, comfortable, modern, and super clean. The bathroom is also spacious with really good showers.

The hotel is located near a highway and a main intersection, which gets extremely busy from the afternoon till late at night. Expect to witness traffic and get stuck in traffic around the area. It can get too noisy with speedy cars and motorcycles passing by every second (PS: we were on the 4th floor, not sure about the ones above). The rooms' walls are thin. You could definitely hear your neighbors' voices and their crying baby. So, if you are a light sleeper, bring your noise canceling earphones. The AC at the hotel reception and breakfast room are extremely cold, it is not even funny, so grab your cardigan.

Very good location, opposite one of many shopping centres & a monorail outside too. Busy street but noise mostly blocked out from commuter traffic. Many tourist attractions are about a 20-25 min walk away but Grab comes in affordable and useful. Breakfast was good – great selection and long opening hours. Could have stocked this up more as it can get quite busy. Swimming pool was good but the gym could do with some TLC – one of the treadmills was broken and it's a very bare gym. Toilet was great, staff accommodating albeit sometimes not convinced by their own decisions and policies... if I eat a pizza and beer deal I have to go to the bar, but the member of staff wasn't sure about it.

Bed and pillows were rock solid. I get that beds are a personal preference but with jetlag it really impacted my sleep in the three days I was there. I also don't feel like this hotel was a four-star hotel, maybe I'm wrong.
