Like the room, the decor, the breakfast, the room was comfortable.

Staff in the Hard Rock Cafe were not helpful. We were given complementary coupons for food and drinks which were not explained and we were left confused as to what was actually was complementary. When the food arrived it was very poor. We had told the hotel in advance that it was our anniversary.... if these complementary tickets were a gesture of good will ....there are better ways to do.... a wine or fruit in the room or happy hour standard drinks. This was not good PR for the hotel.

We booked a suite and it was excellent. The view, the decoration, the size of the room. Breakfast was very good as well. The room we booked was supposed to have access to the executive lounge, but there wasn’t much happening there, maybe it was closed. They offered us a daily happy hour treat at the hard rock cafe on 1st floor instead.

There was a second toilet in the suite, but it didn’t have towels nor soap. The requirement to wear a swimming cap to access the swimming pool is completely unnecessary

Excellent location, just minutes to metro station and MH Mall. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jessie Doug who gave us a nice corner unit with an excellent view. I guess that day was not too busy, we got our room when we arrived at noon. We even received a birthday cake from the hotel because we came here to celebrate our niece’s birthday.

The reception area was a bit tight, luckily we came in low season.

I loved the huge bathtub and the bed in our large single room!! We travelled with our cat and the hotel prepared a litter box, cat litter, cat bed, food and drink bowls for our cat, how lovely! We also liked the design and the music, it has really good vibes. The staff was really kind and helpful with us, they made our stay fabulous, we're so thankful! Breakfast was nice and delicious and luckily it's available until 10.30. Overall, it was an outstanding hotel experience *.*

Service is very good, people very nice and kind. this is the second time i choose this hotel.

I think there should has another swimming pool only for adult people. I like swimming but in the swimming pool full with kids. This is the only thing i am not satisfy this time.

We had an excellent stay at the HRH Shenzhen. Thanks a lot for the help about our Taxi to the Manager MR. Aaron and the kind help from James for guiding me to the ATM nearby and for the luggages. Great staff for our entire stay with excellent dishes. See you back soon Kind regards Richard & Sandra

it's a five star hotel! they should have some good English-speaker for the service or it's very difficult to communicate

I was upgraded into the delxue suite, which view is spectacular.

Early check in is not possible. I reach at 1420 and needa wait until 1530 to get the key. Cleaning is a bit soso due to the size of room. Pool is overcrowded

The location was good because outside of the centre of Shenzhen. Easy to get there on the Metro, Line 4.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, I just found it strange that reception was on the 5th floor.
